We have been absolutely blown away by the service and quality of installation by Alliance who were recommended by a friend. From initial quotation and working through the best solutions through to the installation the team did a fantastic job in what was a hugely challenging installation of multi split and standalone split systems in our terrace (Job 108531). A huge thank you to Jake for taking the time to work through installation options and the dream team of Ahmad, Louis and Carlos for working non-stop for 3 days to get it all done to such a high standard. Big thanks also to the sparky Aden for the updated electrics and Ioannis for patching the ceiling like new. Please pass on our sincere thanks to all the team - they were awesome!

Kye, Jacky and Eric did an outstanding job. They were on time, considerate and professional. They were super polite to our little boy who kept asking them what they were doing. A really professional crew. The total experience was fantastic.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS. Tops! Very Professional! Very Friendly! Since installation my AirCon System, I have used them with all my electrical needs. Easy to deal with. From the Reception to Trade Guys who will perform the job, easy to talk to. If your call was not answered the first time, there is always someone who will ring and follow up the call. Very responsive! It was late at night and pouring rain then, when leaks occurred in our roofings because of the newly installed aircon. On my call for service, someone came immediately to fix the roof leaks even though it was very late at night and raining. No second thought. THAT’s WHAT I CALL SERVICE! This company installed my aircon system, replaced all my down lights, and front & back sensors. I use them all the time. Masa and team installed a split system aircon for me in the studio over the garage. It wasn’t the easiest install with external unit installed on a very high second story roof and getting power to it proved challenging but Masa did a great job and even cleaned out my gutter while he was up there !

The guys who installed our new Dakin really went above and beyond our expectations. It was an unusually tricky job which was executed brilliantly. They also vacuumed up afterwards. Install of two split system reverse cycle air conditioners. 3.5 and 5.0 kWh. Excellent information provision and quote process. Very responsive to timing needs. Excellent management of entire process including administration, pricing, provision of system, installation, explanation of operation of system, clean up, and follow up. Excellent, considerate workers, very careful and tidy, job completed as agreed. Very good maintenance plan, warranty, and extras. Harry, Tommy, Richard, Aaron and Ryan were all fantastic. Professional, efficient, polite, clean workers.

We had our old Daikin air con replaced by Yunus, Can, Veysel and Brody. These guys were fantastic. Arrive on time and from that first meet have been great to deal with. Very professional and polite. Throughout the process Yunus explained to me what they will be doing and kept me updated. Their workmanship has been great and have laid drop mats to protect the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. Overall awesome work and a very happy and satisfied customer. I’m very impressed with Kody’s professionalism during the air-conditioning diagnostic at my apartment. He thoroughly explored all possible options and was careful not to jump to conclusions, which really demonstrated his patience, expertise, and integrity. It was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than being money-oriented. We discussed a repair that might involve cutting into the gyprock to resolve the issue. On the day, Dylan, Colin and Ioannis attended and were extremely professional and accommodating. Instead of immediately cutting the gyprock, they took the time to explore alternative solutions and managed to fix the issue without opening up the ceiling, which I really appreciated. Big shout out to Ioannis as well for offering to patch up some paint on the ceiling free of charge - a very thoughtful gesture. Really impressed with the team’s creativity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. All around excellent experience - from Aysa who stopped by a few days ago and discussed the options I had (to replace an AC unit in my apartment) to the installation of same, within a week, by Gokhan and Meedy. Hard-working and diligent fellows all the way to the disposal of the old unit and the clean-up. That company is well-run! Recommended.
