Team were friendly, knowledgeable and competent and exceeded our expectations by replacing absolutely everything in our whole unit ducted air conditioning system not just the inside and outside components. Ours was a very difficult job replacing the inside unit in a very confined space above the ceiling in our wardrobe. Everything was carefully tested to ensure that all was working perfectly.

Friendly, efficient and skilled service and great ducted air conditioning products. The tradesmen left the house clean and tidy after finishing work each day, were on time each day also.

I had Garrett and Shabi turn up this morning to install a split system in my bedroom unit on the first floor. We discussed the job inside and out and what I wanted and the boys listened and exceeded my expectations. Clean, tidy installation, no conduit inside from the PP which was a bonus. I wanted to paint all the white pvc tubing, elbows etc before it went up on the wall and they were happy to accommodate even helping with a quick touch up at the end. The professionalism shown from the visit and quote from Liam immediately i knew I had chosen the right company. If you want a professional job done at a very reasonable price I would look no further, can't recommend the whole team enough from the start through the booking process the communication was excellent. Good job guys!

Jonathan, Juan& Kim installed a Daikon unit in my living area. They were punctual & very informative about the process. Drop sheets were put all around the installation areas. The workmanship was unobtrusive & tidy. All aspects were done well. Very happy with the installation.

Great communication with the person quoting the job to the person installing the air conditioning, very professional and clean and tidy no damage left in the property and reassuring that you are happy with the work conducted after installation thank you you guys for the great work carried out would highly recommend for there professional work.

Annual service was carried out after the initial installation by the same company. This time the service was carried out by Technician, Mittesh who has done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for regular maintenance services for anyone with no hesitation.

Amazing customer service

The team at Alliance have been so incredible! The electrical team helped us to do a pretty major upgrade on the fuse box. Every step felt clear, transparent and honestly just lovely! Quick to respond to the initial request and had the job lined up and completed within the week. Explained all the pricing, work involved and bonus points that literally everyone who entered the house asked if we wanted them to take off their shoes! Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Alliance Air conditioning just installed my new Mitsubishi unit. I chose them because their past service was always good. Today Tommy, Staad and Samet did the new work. Awesome team. Very efficient workers, explained every aspect of what they were doing with photos to show what I couldn’t see. No blaring radios, no loud voices or swearing. Lovely workers who cleaned up beautifully afterwards. They can do regular electric work too, so I will have no hesitation in calling them back when needed in the future. AWESOME WORK, thank you guys!

Incredibly impressed by Alliance Climate Control and the technicians/installers that came out to help us with our new air conditioning install. We were lucky to have B.J, Theo and Shazim. I recently had some new power points installed and 1 power point and the intercom moved, and the service was excellent. Aden did a fantastic job.
