We had a tech from Alliance booked yesterday for a service call on our air con system. A really decent, engaged operator who couldn’t do enough for us through his visit. There was even a couple of extra, system housekeeping tasks that he undertook in a really discrete manner which we didn’t discover until after he’d left. This company has done our air con work for some years now, and we can’t fault them. Thanks very much to the Alliance team (and Emre) for the outstanding customer service.

Incredibly impressed by Alliance Climate Control and the technicians/installers that came out to help us with our new air conditioning install. We were lucky to have B.J, Theo and Shazim. They were all polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Customer service from the installers and phone line is great. Alliance was recommended by a friend and the experience was seamless from James as the initial contact to the installation team headed by Jonathan Juan Kim and electrician Charles. All team members were polite and introduced themselves and cleaned and tidied after themselves. We were kept informed through the whole installation process . Any issues were discussed with us and resolved. Would definitely recommend

Tommy, Staad, and Charles did an excellent job installing a replacement split system. Charles took time to work out the most efficient cable routing. Tommy led the team in an installation where the outdoor unit needed to be maneuvered over an outdoor cat enclosure (catio). Calls on approach and arrival on time helped us too.

I’m pretty satisfied with the project from the beginning to the end! The installation team wit Ivan, Maisan and Mosa were very efficient and punctual! After completing their work they cleaned and removed all the debris and vacuumed! I was quite pleased and hopefully the new system will work perfectly, as I have not used it since the installation as there is no need due to the weather conditions. Ivan gave me the tour and clearly explained how to operate it! Thank you 🙏

Charlie, JJ, James , Mia and Tia, Lila Were here for most the day and all of them were terrific: efficient, charming, and very professional Charlie came back for another afternoon checking wiring and power points and again was charming and efficient and tidied up after himself JJ was very good at organising everything and making sure all was working before he left I am very grateful to them all

Andre Muller came out today to conduct an eco clean of air conditioning unit to get rid of a build up of mould. He was punctual, polite and very professional. I was impressed by his efficiency and workmanship.

All members of the Alliance team I dealt with were knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. During both the inspection and the follow-up visit to complete the work, they took great care to respect our home and carried out the job professionally, leaving everything clean and tidy. The entire process went smoothly, and the price was fair considering the high quality of the service provided. Just installed a Daikin Ducted Air Condition over the 2nd and 3rd Sep 2026. The team assigned to installed the unit were very polite and courteous, they arrived on time and work very hard and clean up afterward.
