From the Reception to Trade Guys who will perform the job, easy to talk to. If your call was not answered the first time, there is always someone who will ring and follow up the call. Very responsive! It was late at night and pouring rain then, when leaks occurred in our roofings because of the newly installed aircon. On my call for service, someone came immediately to fix the roof leaks even though it was very late at night and raining. No second thought. THAT’s WHAT I CALL SERVICE! This company installed my aircon system, replaced all my down lights, and front & back sensors. I use them all the time. Masa and team installed a split system aircon for me in the studio over the garage. It wasn’t the easiest install with external unit installed on a very high second story roof and getting power to it proved challenging but Masa did a great job and even cleaned out my gutter while he was up there !

Throughout the process Yunus explained to me what they will be doing and kept me updated. We discussed a repair that might involve cutting into the gyprock to resolve the issue. On the day, Dylan, Colin and Ioannis attended and were extremely professional and accommodating. Instead of immediately cutting the gyprock, they took the time to explore alternative solutions and managed to fix the issue without opening up the ceiling, which I really appreciated. Big shout out to Ioannis as well for offering to patch up some paint on the ceiling free of charge - a very thoughtful gesture. Really impressed with the team’s creativity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. All around excellent experience - from Aysa who stopped by a few days ago and discussed the options I had (to replace an AC unit in my apartment) to the installation of same, within a week, by Gokhan and Meedy. Hard-working and diligent fellows all the way to the disposal of the old unit and the clean-up. That company is well-run! Recommended.

Your installation has been mostly excellent but very recently I noticed that the condensation has not been flowing into the evaporation tray. There is a short horizontal section of the pipe for discharging the water into the tray but the water, instead of dripping into the tray, tracks backwards and drips onto the floor. I have remedied this by attaching a plastic cone to that short horizontal section. In the future, ensure that the last short section of the pipe SLOPES into the tray to ensure that water doesn't track backwards.
