Excellent communication re times, job requirements and costs. Thanks particularly to Gabriel who spent an uncomfortable 30 minutes under our house this morning, replacing a section of collapsed duct work! He was here when he arranged, cheerful and efficient despite the "squashed" working conditions!

We have just had a new 3-room system installed by Alliance. The technicians (brothers Qais and Ahmad Tajzada) did a great job. There were some access and space challenges, which they resolved quickly. They carefully protected timber wall panelling and left the rooms dust-free each day they were on the job. They finished ahead of schedule (which was a first for me). Communication with the office was also excellent. Altogether, it was a very positive experience and I do not hesitate to recommend them

After a few hiccups with booking my appointment the team at Alliance contacted me to arrange the service at a time that suits me. Andres and his colleague did a great job connecting a couple of loose ducts, cleaning the air filter and spotting a few other things I should keep an eye on. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out for another service in the near future.

Liam was extremely efficient and attentive to our needs. He quickly identified the problem and tried to fix it on the spot. The only reason he had to come back was due to needing a spare part. It was a tricky job but I heard no complains from him. He even played with my kids. I got two of his business cards, one for me to keep, and one to refer to my friends. I recently purchased and installed an air conditioning unit for my apartment via Alliance Climate Control.
I have been impressed with their customer service, particularly the professionalism and courtesy of each of the many people that I dealt with throughout the various stages of the process.
My initial query via their website received a return phone call from Catherine in less than a minute. Subsequently Jake attended my home to provide a quote. He was pleasant to deal with and provided a detailed quote reflecting my needs on the spot. Will efficiently coordinated the installation, and handled any queries in a timely, friendly manner.
On the day of installation Tommy, Nick, Miguel and Emre were fantastic. They provided advance notice of their arrival, kept me in the loop with what they were doing, worked diligently throughout the day, protected the area in which they were working and left everything in immaculate condition upon completion.
I have nothing but praise for Alliance Climate Control and happily recommend them.

Kody and Emre conducted the annual check on our ducted airconditioning system, installed by Alliance Climate Control 2 years ago. Kody and Emre were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and paid attention to detail. They provided full documentation on how the system was working. We are giving them a 5 star rating for their professionalism and courtesy. They took their work boots off before walking onto a recently installed wool carpet. They were excellent and are a credit to the company. Thank you.
