A New Chapter

Same team. Same standard. New look.

Why now

We spent months quietly reworking our brand. Not just the logo or the colours — but taking a proper look at who we are, what we stand for, and how we show up for the people who call us into their homes. A lot of hands went into it.

"A lot of hands went into it."
How we got here

We keep almost all our marketing in-house, and that’s a choice we made a long time ago. Speed is part of it. We can move on an idea the same day we have it.

But the real reason is care.

When the people telling the Alliance story are the same people living it every day, the work comes out different. They’re not looking in from the outside. They’re putting something of themselves into it because this is their company, too.

You can feel it in the detail. In the small choices most people would never notice.

A rebrand is the biggest test of that.

And what got us here is having people across every part of the company involved. The feedback, the ideas, the pushback, the honest input from every corner of Alliance.

"You can feel it in the detail. In the small choices, most people would never notice."

What it took

Starting with a blank canvas wasn’t easy. The old brand had been with us for twelve years. On the vans, the shirts, the paperwork, every email that goes out.

But we’ve grown into something bigger than what that brand was built for.

Over 70 families count on Alliance now. The way we work, the standard we hold, the company we’ve become — the brand needed to reflect that.

Not just a new look. A brand built the same way we build everything — every detail considered, every decision made by the people who live this every day.

"We've grown into something bigger
than what that brand was built for."
What changed (and what didn't)

There was a quiet moment where we all agreed — this is right. It reflects who we actually are now. Where we’re headed. A sharper version of what we’ve always stood for.

Nothing about how we work has changed. Same team. Same care. Same standard. If anything, we’re raising it.

What has changed is the commitment we’re making out loud. To our team, to our customers, to the people who’ve trusted us for twelve years, and to everyone we haven’t met yet.

We’re building a place where people are proud to work, grow, and build a career they care about. And for every home we step into — real comfort, safety, and quality workmanship. The kind you’d want in your own home.

From James & Michael

Proud of the team that shaped it.

Grateful to everyone who gave their time and honest input along the way.

We’re just getting started.

The right way. Not the easy way.
