Really happy with the air conditioning replacement service. A big shout-out to Rodriguez, Sayed, Cristian and Aundreas — they were all incredibly efficient, professional and respectful throughout the installation. They worked quickly but carefully, and I was especially impressed with how clean and tidy they kept everything as they went. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Annual service was carried out after the initial installation by the same company. This time the service was carried out by Technician, Mittesh who has done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for regular maintenance services for anyone with no hesitation.

The team at Alliance have been so incredible! The electrical team helped us to do a pretty major upgrade on the fuse box. Every step felt clear, transparent and honestly just lovely! Quick to respond to the initial request and had the job lined up and completed within the week. Explained all the pricing, work involved and bonus points that literally everyone who entered the house asked if we wanted them to take off their shoes! Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Incredibly impressed by Alliance Climate Control and the technicians/installers that came out to help us with our new air conditioning install. We were lucky to have B.J, Theo and Shazim. I recently had some new power points installed and 1 power point and the intercom moved, and the service was excellent. Aden did a fantastic job. I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Alliance for some maintenance and cleaning for the AC in our home. Damon was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did a thorough examination and talked me through the Pros & Cons of various levels of servicing. The quality of the works carried out were impeccable. Will be working with these guys again.

We had a tech from Alliance booked yesterday for a service call on our air con system. A really decent, engaged operator who couldn’t do enough for us through his visit. There was even a couple of extra, system housekeeping tasks that he undertook in a really discrete manner which we didn’t discover until after he’d left. This company has done our air con work for some years now, and we can’t fault them. Thanks very much to the Alliance team (and Emre) for the outstanding customer service.

Alliance was recommended by a friend and the experience was seamless from James as the initial contact to the installation team headed by Jonathan Juan Kim and electrician Charles. All team members were polite and introduced themselves and cleaned and tidied after themselves. We were kept informed through the whole installation process . Any issues were discussed with us and resolved. Would definitely recommend

Ahmad, Louis and Carlos were fast, efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Tommy, Staad, and Charles did an excellent job installing a replacement split system. Charles took time to work out the most efficient cable routing. Tommy led the team in an installation where the outdoor unit needed to be maneuvered over an outdoor cat enclosure (catio). Calls on approach and arrival on time helped us too.
