11 July 2020. Today Jake Perri, visited my home to give me a diagnosis of my current, 15years plus air conditioning unit. I required the diagnosis because of complaints I have received from my neighbours due to the excessive noise it was emitting.I found Jake to be professional, respectful, courteous and to have excellent communication skills as he performed various tests to give me a comprehensive diagnosis of my air conditioning unit. I chose Alliance Climate Control to replace an aging Brivis ducted gas heater. Really pleased that I did. They took a lot of care to get the installation right, and I was really impressed with the effort they went to get the ducting perfect. They cost a little bit more than some of the competition (still very competitive) but it’s a matter of you get what you pay for, their service was first class. We had a difficult setup to install, 3 headed multi split and a single unit in a terrace, and they made the extra steps to keep things looking good whilst providing practical advice on installation. It’s been a few months since we’ve had it installed and everything’s been perfect, seamless through the hot summer.

I responded to a letter drop offering a complimentary service on my existing airconditioning unit as I was new to the neighbourhood. I was expecting to receive someone who was going to tell me there was something wrong with my unit in order to make some money (after all, it was a complimentary service) but I was pleasantly surprised. A wonderful guy by the name of Jamie contacted me 30 minutes before attending and arrived at the time he promised. He reviewed my reverse cycle aircon and i couldn't believe how honest he was. He was so very pleasant and extremely helpful, he even showed me how to use the unit. He said the unit was correctly installed and there was no problems with it and that all I would need to do in the future is make sure it was serviced and explained what that entailed. I asked him for a quote, which he provided and as a result of his incredible honesty, this company has gained a customer. I have dealt with questionable aircon technicians in the past, so it was really nice to meet Jamie who restored my faith in technicians generally. I was so incredibly happy with my complimentary service. I am so grateful to Alliance Climate Control and to Jamie for his kindness, professionalism and his time. A whole team turned up to instal multi faceted aircon in my apartment over two levels. Polite, professional, taking extra care to clean up after themselves. These guys knew their stuff. After having 2 months of hell with the people who installed my Air Conditioning not being able to fix the gas leaks in the system I was absolutely at my wits end.I called Alliance on the Thursday and begged for some help, they said they would be happy to do a special Saturday call-out for me.Kirk arrived on Saturday morning with a super friendly and positive attitude. I recently had Alliance CC install a Mitsubishi multi-split system in our apartment in October 2019 with three heads and one compressor on the balcony. Kirk came out to do an initial quote (for free) a short while back and unlike the others, he provided an extremely detailed quote including exact parts, specifications and pricing. The documentation was able to be submitted easily to our strata/owners corp for quick approval as it was well documented, and approval came quickly. In the lead up to accepting the quote, Kirk and James were very helpful and supportive as I asked for advice on exactly what specification I needed for my small apartment without overspending since I had a tight budget.On the day, I met Hayden, Shadi, Thomas, Corey and Connor who were extremely professional in how they interacted with myself as well as the building manager. They were well organised, had all the tools they needed and were able to be left on their own to do everything properly. The quality of the installation was excellent with the colour-matching and method they ran wires and pipes throughout the apartment looking as seamless as possible (refer to photos below). This was a pretty large job given the limitations in our apartment's strict strata/by-laws and the floorplan. One month later, everything is working perfectly and I have no complaints, and am also glad that we right-sized the compressor unit.The only negative I'd have (which is nitpicking) is that whilst they offer to clean up after themselves and in fairness, go above and beyond what most tradies would do (eg mopping the floor), there was still dust and mess everywhere behind doors/walls/etc... and even though they used their own drop sheets to cover things, unfortunately they didn't fully cover some key furniture such as our baby's cot and our bed resulting in a lot of drilling dust being everywhere. Whilst a minor complaint, it was still frustrating since it meant we had to spend the evening cleaning up and washing linen before we could sleep. To Alliance's credit again, when I did have concerns over an area of the plaster which hadn't set properly, Kirk offered to come out straight away and he fixed it immediately, and also found a few spots I had missed and cleaned it with their industrial vacuum. This instant response to feedback was a surprise and I appreciated this.So all in all, I would highly recommend Alliance for others looking for an air conditioning installation especially a complex one. The all in one quote for both supply and installation means you have a single point of contact both now and in the future (should something go wrong), their quotes are detailed and specific (so you can easily get strata approval) and they stand by the quality of their work and are willing to fix anything which isn't 100%. As far as I can tell, the work was all done to a very high standard without any shortcuts and the end result is one that I'm happy to look at everyday. The professionalism demonstrated by all of their staff both from a sales perspective and the team actually doing the installation should be commended and left a very positive impression on me.I would also mention the reason why we chose Alliance over the competitors which were cheaper is that the detailed quote they provided was clearly itemised and they had a 'no surprises' approach which I really appreciated. The quote was exactly what we paid and there was no deviation/cash-grab at the end. The big box retailers who had their recommended installers come out tended to give very rough back of the envelope quotes which didn't inspire confidence that there wouldn't be a surprise later on especially on things such as piping/wiring lengths, proposed routes, and the need for a pump given the length of distance. These are things which none of the other installers even considered or mentioned and I suspect would've been an awkward situation during the installation if it turned out we needed them.

I highly recommend the guys at Alliance Climate control as I recently had a Daikan air conditioner installed and am extremely satisfied. Communication was first rate from the initial contact right through to installation. A big thank you to all the boys Rob, Jules, Nenab and Kirk who worked hard and professionally to install the unit which I understand was a difficult one to install given the location of my apartment and the density of the surface they needed to drill through. They were thorough in getting the job done right, worked hard and were very professional and friendly. 5 stars all the way!!

Alliance recently installed aircon in our 100+ year old semi. They were professional , efficent and courteous from the outset. The quote was produced during the initial inspection (no waiting a week for a quote). The guys that came out to install the equipment were all friendly and highly skilled. The installation project manager (Sam) made sure evrything was how we wanted it. In fact he came up with an improved installation scheme on the day that looks a lot neater than our original plan.The installation is working beautifully and oh so quiet (an cooool)...I'm very happy to reccomend Alliance, Sam and the whole team when you're considering A/C

Had air conditioning installed in my Apartment. They are a pretty organised company. Kirk provided a quote there and then including all the documents I would need for strata approval. The install team led by Hayden was great they just came in and got on with it checking I was happy with where things were going to be placed along the way. It was not an easy install but they did not complain or cut corners. Recommended.

I'm always daunted by having to get a "tradie" in, but an urgent situation led me to call Alliance and I'm glad it did. I was so impressed that I had them back to attend to a long list of electrical jobs and an overdue air-con service. Jason, Cory and Jake are all excellent technicians and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. AND they turned up when they said they would!! Thanks too to Charlene and James in head office who provide great customer service. I very highly recommend this company!

I’m really happy with the work done by Alliance CC, from the first phone call, to the job itself. They tried really hard to fit us in as soon as possible as one of my kids was sick, and the cold was making it much worse. Alex and Jamie called ahead to tell me they’d be here in half an hour, and then went to work. Their call out fee was in the middle of the quotes I got - a third cheaper than one of them. Turned out the flame sensor (?) was playing up. They worked carefully and thoroughly, and checked in with Brivis Tech support at one point. To replace the sensor would’ve been another job for another day, as they didn’t have the right part, but they discussed the process with me, and said I wouldn’t be charged another call out fee for the second visit. Meanwhile Alex cleaned the sensors that were there, and put it all back together again (no small job with a Brivis) and you know what? It’s working so much better already. As we’re about to do major works, there is no point in getting the proper fix, but I will def be going to them for a quote on the new system next year. Thanks guys, you made a house a home again!

I was really impressed with the level of service that we received throughout the purchase and installation of our ducted air conditioning unit. The Alliance Climate Control process is great, with emails confirming the different payment stages and texts when people like Michael were on the way to do the initial quote. The fact that that he followed up after the job was done and all payments had already been made, to ensure we were happy and everything was in order, is a testament to their customer service!

He was very clear in his explanation of the problem and what the next steps would be. We recently had an extensive service and repair with difficulties locating the issue. Our Technician Alex went far above and beyond to investigate the issue. Great honesty, integrity and work ethic were outstanding. We deal with Tradesmen very regularly having done extensive work on our house, and Alex was a stand out. I personally felt very comfortable having him in the house, where I was on most occasions alone with two young children. He worked tirelessly to solve the quite complicated issue we had with our units, often doing late afternoon and early evening work hours. Furthermore, the regular, timely and professional experiences with the Customer Service Team should also be highlighted. I rang Alliance in December to book a service for our bedroom air conditioners which had stopped suddenly. They were able to fit me in immediately and a call was booked for the next day. Alex the service man came and efficiently assessed the situation and explained what needed replacing. He talked me through the process and cost. The office then ordered and liaised with me for the next appointment to repair. Alex returned today with Jamie where they efficiently replaced the motor of the system , checked the running and cleaned filters of other systems. Both serviceman were extremely polite and clean/tidy in their work practices. Another impressive feature to their service is they ring you 20 minutes before arriving, something a lot of tradesman could learn from! I highly recommend Alliance for their cost effective, friendly and highly efficient service.

Everything was very painless, installation was quick and the communication between both parties was great. Each process was well followed. We are now in the process of testing and seeing how our ducted system operates. The team that came to install the air conditioning system was also excellent, very friendly and willing to answer questions, they also arrived in a timely manner. The service was really good. Alliance Climate Control sent a technician to look at my existing Daiken air-con system which was 21 years old, and was finally failing. It had to be replaced. I chose the 3 new mutli room units and the condensor for my balcony, and an installation date was fixed for ten days later. The day came and the two installers did an amazing job. The old units had had book-shelving built around them, hiding the pipes, electrical wiring and condensation drainpipes. Rather than ripping all that out and damaging the woodwork; they patiently checked all the various old pipes for leaks, discovered none, then cleaned the pipes of remnant gas and chemicals, and were able to hook the three new units (1 x 5Kw, 2 x 2.5Kw) up. They then tested everything and made certain it was all good before departing. The new units look terrific and work beautifully. The men cleaned up, having laid drop-cloths etc; vacuumed, and left the apartment perfectly clean. All done betwen 8am and 4pm. I could not be happier. Also, when there was a discrepancy with the quote which I had accepted and signed originally, the error was in my favour, and Alliance explained the situation and then honoured the original quote. They are in my book, 100% honest, professional, well trained, effiicient, and know thier business. As the 1998 system was so old, that dealer was long gone, and I just hoped that Alliance would be as good as their testimonials. Thay are! Well done! I have signed up for the 5 year extended warranty with them. Happy, WG, Potts Point, NSW 2011

Alliance Climate Control were great to deal with. A really thorough assessment ahead of a detailed quote. They weren't the cheapest but but I was impressed with their approach. Good communication around scheduling process. When the installation team arrived they made a useful suggestion about where to place the external units. The work was done efficiently and with minimum interruption to us. Good clean up at the end. And the units are great!! Effective and so quiet you just don't hear them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, genuine people. I called up for a quote and was given advice that my unit might still be under warranty and that I could potentially get the manufacturer to fix it for free. I had delayed the air con install a number of times, due to strata approval muck around, and nothing was ever an issue, super responsive, helpful and then finally the job completion was a breeze, very polite, courteous tradesmen, entertained my young kids and the job was meticulous. Would highly recommend using these guys.

Alliance CC runs a streamlined service from first planning to installation. Our installation manager Goran was very accomodating as we worked through a prolonged strata approval process. The installation itself was efficient with several workers onsite under careful supervision by Sam. A couple of minor issues noticed after installation was complete were quickly rectified within 48 hours. We now have a flexible and economic system with internal Daikin units in 4 rooms suppled by 2 external Multi Inverters. Our only hesitation with this whole process was the trunking required externally, which is an unfortunate but unavoidable compromise to having the luxury of airconditioning.

The entire process went really smoothly, from the complimentary site check and quotation to the payment process and scheduling for the installation date/time. They did a great job and they are both a credit to their company. Also when Alex first came to give me a quote, he was very courteous, and very professional in the way he conducted himself. Also the girl at the switchboard that I first rang to get someone to come out and give me a quote , she also was unbelievable, in the way that she came across, Alliance is lucky to have her. My son in law is now going to ring Alliance to get a quote and get his air conditioner fixed. One thing is for sure. Alliance Climate Control (ACC) was referred to me by a friend who spoke highly of them. I am particular about price and service when it comes to spending big dollars and ACC didn't disappoint me. I had 2 other Quotes from their competitors who just happened to be installers of air conditioning Units by the same manufacturer-Daikin.On the morning of the air conditioning installation by the ACC workers, we held a pre-start meeting to ensure that we communicated all the information about the job both ways. We drew diagrams of the rooms associated with each Zone and they asked where we wanted the ceiling grilles positioned, etc.The ACC workers then went about their own tasks in a very skilled and professional manner.I am very pleased with the final result of the price and the installation work and I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control to other people looking for a good company that they can get value for money and peace of mind from professional service.

Our whole experience with Alliance has been efficient, positive, and easy - quality in home advice, a competitive quote, quick response from the accounts department, transparent invoices and payment by installments. The installation turned out to be hard work for the technicians due to a double thickness gyprock roof but they kept on it until the job was done. They seemed to have plenty of experience and the right equipment for working on installations at height (the property is a townhouse), no problems with providing information to help us gain Strata approval, and during installation they were thoughtful and respectful of our neighbors. We had a tiny gas leak in our AC, and we were looking at a very costly job to do a leak search etc, with the likely prospect of not finding the leak, as it was a pinhole leak. From start to finish, Alliance CC gave us nothing be excellent service. Not only were their technicians friendly and efficient on the day of installation, everyone in the office went above and beyond to fulfil my needs, even when less than a week before installation I had to change the unit being installed and it's location due to the strata of my building coming out with new regulations they did everything they could to make sure that the process went smoothly for me. They were even able to adapt to changing the plans slightly on the day (as the bit of wall they were planning to connect the indoor and outdoor units through turned out to be solid concrete), and installed a separate master switch at the outdoor unit so that if necessary the whole thing could be turned off without touching the mains switch. I could not rate them highly enough, the unit is exactly what we wanted and has been perfect for the 30+ temperatures this weekend.

We sort 4 quotes to replace our old ducted system with a new Daikin Zoned System.Two quotes were $3k more than Alliance Climate Control, one was cheaper, but they did not appear to be very professional and wanted to install in the easiest manner which would have left a strip of conduit running down our wall to the control panel.Michael and his team from Alliance CC were able to replace our existing unit with the minimum amount of change to our existing set up. They were very competitive, they were professional in there manner, they took care not to tramp dirt through the house (on a rainy day), they turned up when they said.We are very happy with the new system, which is so quite compared to the old unit it replaced.I know of 4 other owners in our complex who (gained seperate quotes) have since used Alliance CC to change over their old units.

I have a contract with Alliance Climate Control, whereby they come to my house every 6 months to service the 3 air conditioning units. They are a very efficient business.Firstly, I get a reminder email from James to remind me of the 1/2 yearly service, and offering a suitable date for that to happen.Secondly, i can't speak highly enough about the technicians that come to the house to complete the service. They are always polite, neat in appearance, efficient, and when necessary offer advice on things that need to be done for the units to operate at maximum capacity.The last guy here was Alex, and he was outstanding. He said we needed a gas top up, and this was done on the spot. Furthermore, he reported back to James that we should instal better filters for our downstairs filters, which we are going ahead with.This is the sort of service that is sadly lacking amongst other trades nowadays. Good, honest, reliable, service at the right price. I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control. They are commercial in price, and I never feel they are trying to "hard-sell" me anything.

A really great experience - from an online enquiry I got a very prompt call the next day and the technicians were booked in. I thought I was getting a quote but all the work was done there and then. The guys were on time, polite and they cleaned up after the work. Very happy and I would totally recommend Alliance Climate Control.

Michael Kuzmanovski and his team were fantastic from the get-go. Michael answered all my questions patiently over the phone, in person and on email. The installation team were on time, worked very hard over several hours and they cleaned after themselves. The Daikin air con system has turned a very cold house into something much more manageable. I was replacing an old air con with a new top of the range Actron EPA Ultima which I am very happy with. I had a good experience with Alliance from start to finish including restorative gyprocking. Alliance is small enough that the boss (Michael) keeps his team focussed and you get to negotiate issues (e.g. choice of systems) with the boss who is knowledgeable. Alliance is also large enough that the installation happened in a very timely fashion (up to 5 tradies on site). I intend to use Alliance for maintenance because they have good response times - no diversion to message bank as was my experience with other installers that I approached to quote for the job.

I needed my air condition served urgently as my air conditioner was leaking all over my apartment! After calling Alliance it was a relief when Jonathan arrived the same day and fixed the leaking air conditioner. He also took the time to explain how important it was to have annual maintenance on the air conditioner, which i was very impressed with! I would definitely recommend Alliance as Jonathan and also the person who took my inquiry over the phone from their office were very polite and professional! Great Job !
