We are very pleased with the job Alliance has done.

Our new aircon multi- system was installed today. Very happy with the excellent service provided by Mike, Zac and Rodrigo. Polite, professional, helpful and on time. And definitely appreciated their thoughtfulness in working amongst our dogs for the last 2 days.

The Alliance team did a great job from start to finish. The entire experience was done with absolute professionalism.

Ivan, Mosa & Luke and electrician Aaron, Ken & Harry were very professional and courteous while they installed my ducted system in my upstairs bedrooms on a very hot day (34 Degrees).
They were on time, worked well together and non-stop to complete the job in 1 day.
They checked with me every steps to make sure it is install to my satisfaction. Both air conditioner and electrical works and maintenance were explained to me. System been setup and checked with me and they cleaned up all areas. I highly
recommend their service.

Totally impressed by Alliance. The communication was very good and the technician (Kody) was personable, professional and most helpful. Kody presented options to resolve our ac problem and was honest and objective with the choices before us. The repair was completed on the initial visit! Particularly good value. I have been meaning to send this email for quite some time, but due to poor health, and lots of other excuses, I simply haven't gotten around to it.

I wanted to provide feedback for the above job number, as the boys really did work their arses off! It was a complicated job (which even I could see as a layman), and yet nothing was off-limits. They really did everything to accommodate the job, and my individual requests. As an individual, I am very particular and hold very high standards, and yet, they did not blink and eyelid.

I would also like to mention that all three of them were a delight to have in my home. It goes without saying, that they are a credit to your company, and it was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Alliance installed another Daikin Zena split system in our house today and did a brilliant job as per usual. Ahmad & Maisam were the install team and they were fantastic…explained things perfectly and did an absolutely first rate job. Very happy. Very approachable, explained the situation fully and was very competent. I needed two split systems serviced. Kody explained the main room split system needs to be replaced. BR system needed servicing including buildup at the vent line. He came Fri 6 Feb and Sat 7 Feb. New air con will be installed Mon Mon 16 Feb.

A terrific job. Took great care in doing all that was required and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Polite and respectful team. We are enjoying having aircon finally!

Jason was extremely helpful fixing our aircon unit. Arrived on time and kept me updated with his whereabouts, he diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair efficiently. My AC is running perfectly now - highly recommend.

We have high regard for the whole interaction that we had with Alliance Climate Control personnel. Aysa helped us to make our informed choice with the ac system that the technicians installed. Aysa is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The technicians, Yunus, Can and Carlos, were very punctual and called us in advance to let us know of the time they will be coming. Alliance team Gabriel, Gokhan and Nik did a great job. The task was challenging but ultimately successful. 1 unit with difficult access decommissioned & another unit replaced with a new split system. Thanks for your hard work guys.
