The Plan is like a personal trainer, we book you in and lock your price. Same savings either way.
Every visit under either plan has no call-out fee. There's no after-hours surcharge, weekend surcharge, public holiday surcharge, or dispatch fee of any kind.
Without a plan, our standard service fee is $176 per visit.
Equipment we install carries a lifetime workmanship warranty. New installations include a 2-year extended manufacturer's warranty. Because the Maintenance Plan gives you regular, documented servicing, you also keep the maintenance records manufacturers ask for at claim time.
All repairs we carry out are covered for 1 year, parts and labour. You're also covered by our repeat-fault guarantee: if a fault we repaired returns, we attend to your system again at no charge.
Both plans are a fixed annual fee and you can cancel anytime. If you hold a Maintenance Plan the minimum term is One-year, but if you're ever not happy you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Move within our service area and your plan moves with you; move outside it and our cancellation terms apply.
If you're not satisfied with a Priority Care service and we can't put it right, we'll refund your current year's plan fee. No fine print.
