We're thrilled with our new air conditioner. Alliance's service was great from start to finish. Goran was attentive to our preferences in designing our system, and the installation team of Andres R, Ivan T, Rash and Peter worked hard to install the system, finding a solution to a problem encountered with our building, accommodating our preferences, and working late into the evening to ensure we had our system installed and running perfectly that night. Very happy.

Team of Tommy, Nick and Galvis did a really neat install inside and out, with pipework up 3 storeys externally for one unit and threaded through the house for the second unit. Very friendly, polite, efficient and always checked with me before drilling holes and routing pipework. Left everything tidy when they left. Will be using again.

I had excellent dealings with BJ, Renzo & Raj when they installed gas central heating to my property in the Southern Highlands. Very efficient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the professional installation - the crew B.J, Adam, Andreas, Harry, Peter and Vash were polite and very professional. Job started and completed on time and good cleanup. Also, the sales and support team were great too - Jake, Cris and Zac.

Very happy with this company and their service. Everyone from Jake, advisor, Zac, customer care and the technicians B.J, Adam, Yunus and Chris were excellent. Installation went smoothly with consultation along the way as to the best placement of units. Testing of the system was performed with instructions as to best operation and maintenance. Price all up was very reasonable with a Mitsubishi Electric Multihead system installed. Would recommend.

Alliance as a company made our experience an enjoyable one from their sales consultant Jake Perri to completion of installation. We had our old ducted system replaced with a new Daikin unit, very happy.

The ACC team did a fantastic job installing our multisplit in our apartment.Aron, Andres R, Ivan T and Tommy produced high quality workmanship and consulted us where we wanted all parts located.My favourite aspects were that they made it look good (minimising visual impact) and cleaned up after installing.I'm so happy we heard about them from neighbours. I would definitely go with them again if we needed aircon in the future.Their servicing team with Liam also provide outstanding service and expertise.

These guys promised they would follow up and they did just that. Excellent after service and clear explanation of the work involved. Jason and Zac particularly did an excellent job. Highly recommend this organisation.

We got our air conditioning installed by Alliance today and it completely exceeded our expectations. Alliance was recommended in a local Facebook community group and from our first interactions they have been so professional and thorough. Zac was so knowledgeable and gave great advice on where we should install the units and Tommy and Nick installed the units over 2 days and we couldn’t be happier. Tommy and Nick’s work is clean, thorough and to such a high quality. We are just so happy and I highly recommend them!

Alliance was the fourth company that came to give us a quote for our air conditioning. I was not impressed with any of the first three! But I am super impressed with Alliance. The person I spoke with to arrange a quote was extremely helpful and the time I booked was arranged according to my availability. From the moment we met James we were impressed with his thoroughness in listening to our requirements regarding air conditioning, problem solving our complicated house, and listening and answering all our questions. We received the quote in a timely manner, and another appointment (at our convenience) was arranged to explain the quote to us and ensure we had no further questions.Once we accepted the quote all documentation regarding the timeline of payments for our account was made clear. I was particularly impressed with the fact that our final payment was not required until the job was completed and we were completely satisfied.Our job was completed over two days. All the men who worked at our house were just so lovely. They arrived on time, were very well presented in Alliance uniform, worked quietly (no loud music or yelling), and most importantly treated our home and every member of our family with great respect. They worked seamlessly together, were methodical and efficient, communicated with me the whole time, and tidied up as they went. Their attention to detail is also worth noting, even our roof space looked neater after they had been in our roof! Ken is a skilled manager who updated me throughout the process.
