My first time using Alliance Climate Control (ACC) to install a new Brivis heating system to replace existing 20 year old one. Am glad to say they did not disappoint. Thank you to the team members Yunus, Brody & Veysel. They all did a fantastic job from start to finish and left the work area completely clean and tidy. Highly recommend ACC and would use the again in future.

We had a Heat Check visit to check our air con from Alliance Service Technician Emre and he did a great job! He gave us a quote for the service needed and then did the service for us on the spot. It was a very thorough process, and we felt comfortable with the level of services it covered. Emre was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He was polite and took the time to explain to us through what the service covered and what he found - he’s a credit to Alliance!

We had an air conditioner installed (by Matt and Maran) and also a Switch Board Upgrade (by Chris and Joe). We were very happy with the installation process and the outcome. All the guys were very knowledgeable, professional and so helpful in dealing with any challenges we faced with installations in an older home. This is the second air conditioner installation I’ve organised for the family with Alliance and all of their employees I’ve dealt with have been nice people and very helpful in ensuring a great outcome. We will continue to liaise with Alliance for our annual air conditioner maintenance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alliance and the guys who worked on our recent installations and also Kirk and Zac who helped make it all happen.

The job went perfectly, with a successful outcome: a new, relocated, up-dated electrical circuit board. very good detailed plans and excellent work on a complex job

V led the air con work, Liam led the plastering. Both were very competent and a pleasure to work with. The job in the aggregate took way too long but I understand that was a break down in company communication between quotes and execution of work.

Just had a cleaning service for our split system in ceiling cassette Fujitsu system and I have to say it was well worth it! I was concerned of the cost at first, but after having the system for close to 16 years, I now hope to get a few more yet. The guys who did the work Mitiesh and Brandon were wonderful - professional, clean, informative, careful and thorough. I would recommend this service
