We had our old Daikin air con replaced by Yunus, Can, Veysel and Brody. These guys were fantastic. Arrive on time and from that first meet have been great to deal with. Very professional and polite. Throughout the process Yunus explained to me what they will be doing and kept me updated. Their workmanship has been great and have laid drop mats to protect the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. Overall awesome work and a very happy and satisfied customer. Aysa did a fantastic job getting me a quote and booking in a job so quickly for my new AC. He really considered all the needs for our place and gave great advice on what to get. The team BJ, Theo and Aaron who came to install did a fantastic job! They were lovely and so capable I felt so at ease leaving them to get the job done. They explained everything they did really well and ensured I understood. They tidied everything back in its place exactly as it was before and were very careful around my belongings. Such a great team and I’ve already recommended them to my friends as they did a wonderful job with everything.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Alliance. Everyone we dealt with was professional in manner and presentation and prompt in response. Shabi, Danie, Eric and Juan worked hard over 2 days to install the new air conditioning in an older home with tricky aspects. They were also careful to leave the site clean and safe after work each day.

We are very pleased with the repair of our ducted aircon carried out by Mitesh and Andre. They were polite, friendly and took the time give us honest feedback on the repairs. Left the place in a clean condition too.
