Gas Ducted Heating Installation

Vy and his team did a terrific job. Protected the floors in the house and took away all the old unit. They were very professional.

Recently had a planned power outage and when the power came back on my AC control panel and app couldn’t seem to reconnect to the unit: called ACC and received a call back virtually straight away from Andre, senior tech. He couldn’t have been more helpful! When I couldn’t find the panel I needed, he FaceTimed me to help me look for it. Talking me through it, we couldn’t get it to work - he came out to the house a few days later and was able to fix the problem, despite it not being as simple as he had hoped. He didn't give up and got the system up and running. Faultless customer service, thank you ACC and especially Andre.

The team at Alliance Climate Control have been amazing. From the initial site inspection done by Jake who was extremely thorough and went through all our options based on what we were after. Once I had approved the team were on top of the communication every step of the way from confirming the job and timing, to going through the payment options. I had gotten an electrical switchboard upgrade done before getting ducted done the day after. My electrician who came on site was Charles and was very good. Once he completed the job he went through everything with me and ensured that I was aware of the new upgrades, also provided me with his card should anything go wrong or if I have any questions. The following day I had Ivan, Maisam & Mosa come to install the new ducted system for my house. This team was once again extremely professional and the communication was really good. They kept me updated with how much work they had done and was left and asked me questions and ensured I was happy with things before commencing. The team were also very efficient and neat at performing their job and ensured to cover all areas of work and clean up after once completed. Overall Alliance Climate Control has been extremely good with their services and communication and I am happy with the service provided. Would highly recommend them to all and use them again for future needs. Special mention once again to Jake, Charles, Ivan, Maisam & Mosa for their amazing service and great work. Thank you!

Jason and Nicolas installed an access point and air filter for our ducted aircon. Everything was done professionally and respectfully, from making sure to put floor coverings around the work area and plastic cover on the kitchen counter to cleaning the area around the actual job. Work was communicated very good as well. ACC's process of sending quotes and follow-ups were also amazing. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Rahil turned up on time, was very thorough in his work, very neat and tidy. A really good guy and a pleasure to meet.

I needed a difficult and complex replacement of an old defunct Air Con which 2 other companies had been unwilling to undertake. Alliance managed this with an excellent result. there were a couple of minor delays but all workers were efficient, pleasant and considerate. I am very pleased!

I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Alliance. This is how a company should operate. Professional, Courteous, Helpful in all details from the quote supplied by Shazim, to the installation team lead by Matt, Benjamin, Ahmad, Qaig and Casper. They had to perform their work in very trying conditions due to persistent heavy rain. The installation process lasted 3 days. What impressed me was their work ethic and attention to detail. We have had numerous trades people to our house and this team is right up there with their workmanship. I would also like to thank Michael and James who are the operations experts , who responded to my query within the hour. They arranged for Andres from Alliance to be at my house within the hour and the matter was resolved . I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance.

Ahmad, Louis and Carlos did a very professional job installing our new reverse cycle aircon. They spent extra time making sure it was completed and looked neat, particularly as it was a complicated fit.

Andres was very polite and very respectful. Came on time and explained everything very well. The yearly service is amazing and they always make sure that our systems are in tip top condition. Alliance Climate control is an excellent company with their products and services. I am very grateful to have gone with this company when installing my ducted system. Highly recommend!
