Eastern Suburbs Air Conditioning Installation & Service

Amazing service by the Alliance Team, with head technician Andres. I required a full update on the home air conditioning system. This was a well overdue job. From initial online inquiry, then system inspection, to the full new installation the service was exceptional, so professional. The team got straight to it, laid down floor covering to protect the wooden floors, removed the old systems, vacc’d up any dust and grime (shed from the old units), installed the new units and then took me through all work covered, warranties and future service options. The outcome is perfect, just in time for a Sydney summer 🌺. If you are in need of a new system or a thorough service of your aircon go with Alliance, as they know their stuff and get the job done. There are also government rebates for new efficient systems.

Couldn't be happier. It’s refreshing to find an organisation with such a robust customer centric approach. The entire experience was 10 out of 10 and im very hard to please. Congratulations to all the team involved and thank you.

Jack from Alliance came to our place to provide an assessment of our air conditioning units . His report was thorough and it gave several options to clean and restore the units . I found Jack to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite. There was no pressure to accept the quote and the quote was very reasonable. I am very pleased that I engaged this company and would highly recommend.

Have just given my family THE BEST gift- slimline reverse cycle air-con… the TOTAL experience from sales to installation was seemless , great communication and very professional. Everyone on site showed remarkable respect for property . Covering floors and furniture as well as cleanup. The men who looked after our job are truely valuable staff - would like to give BIG thankyou to all !!!

Fantastic service and quality installation. The team took care of the job end to end with each person being extremely professional and careful of the house. Thanks to Andres, Said, Aaron, Harry, Yannis, James and Will Edit: Adding in Yiannis for painting did a fantastic job and even gave me advice and tools to remove pain spots from the floor that the previous painter had left. Legend.

I was very happy with Jonathan and the team from Alliance. They arrived on time, worked hard, were courteous and good humoured and stayed back to get the job finished in the day. And they did a great clean up before they left. Thanks.

Thanks to Alliance Air Conditioning for the recent underfloor installation at our house. Liam was great in walking us through the options for our house and helping us choose the best solution for our requirements. Ahmad, Louis, Kelven, Harry and Mohammed did the installation. They were very impressive, very hard working and professional in all aspects and a pleasure to deal with. They were very careful in the way they walked through the house using drop sheets to protect floorboards and rugs and they cleaned up carefully at the end of each day. A great team! Yas followed up prompltly with the vents we finaly chose. Our experience with Alliance Air Conditioning is such that we will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Alliance are amazing. Super thorough, good & transparent pricing and all awesome to deal with.

Team were friendly, knowledgeable and competent and exceeded our expectations by replacing absolutely everything in our whole unit ducted air conditioning system not just the inside and outside components. Ours was a very difficult job replacing the inside unit in a very confined space above the ceiling in our wardrobe. Everything was carefully tested to ensure that all was working perfectly.

Very professionally executed from the initial assessment and quotation through to installation and after-sales service. I was kept well informed throughout, and the work was completed to a very high standard. While the pricing may be on the higher side, I believe quality is worth paying for. I’m very pleased with the overall result.

On time, courteous, and professional. They wore shoe covers inside, explained the quote clearly, and the work was done exactly as discussed. Left everything neat and tidy. Smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.

Shadi and his team were very dedicated and professional. They did a fabulous job and I am thrilled with my new air conditioner. They worked tirelessly in the difficult conditions- heavy rain which soaked them each time they had to go outside. They remained focused, cheerful and helpful and completed by cleaning up which I was most grateful for. I would recommend Shadi to any person looking for a reliable, proficient technical expert. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 CONNOR 7/10/2026 Conner is a delightfully well-mannered young man. He was helpful, efficient and very thorough ensuring that my air conditioner was running as it should. He also picked up a problem with one of the ducts that I will have fixed next year prior to doing renovations. I am most grateful to Connor for his hard work. I was very impressed with him 🤩🤩🤩 Aden 7/10/2026 Aden was excellent. He thoroughly checked the electrical safety of my apartment. He installed two circuit protection devices that were advisable. I was most appreciative of his expertise and professionalism. 🙏🙏🙏

These guys are wonderful. Great service, great communication, very kind and knowledgeable... even my dog loved them 😆

The whole team from initial phone booking for the quotes to the on time arrival and professionalism from Aysa’s quote to the team keeping track of payments and installation date to the brilliant guys who installed the unit the whole process was seamless stress free professional. Not the cheapest quote but totally worth it for the peace mind of a job well done. Can’t recommend enough!
