I recently used Alliance Climate Control to replace an old, broken air conditioner with a new ducted system. While their quote was higher than others I received, the level of professionalism and the final result made it worth every cent.
Our home has a very narrow roof space and significant temperature imbalances between rooms. Most companies simply told me what I wanted was unachievable. Jake, however, took a different approach. He was incredibly thorough—measuring everything and being completely upfront about the challenges. He walked me through several scenarios of what might happen once the roof was opened, giving me total confidence in their expertise.
The installation team, Yunus and his crew(Brody and Can) were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate my requests—including moving the outdoor units to a new location at no extra charge. Yunus made sure that each detail was perfectly executed.
The outcome is way better than our old system; thanks to Yunus, the new ducts are much better placed and the zoning works perfectly. The results actually exceeded my expectations.

B.J,Theo and James installed units in 2 bedrooms upstairs and an inverter outside. They did a great job and had it done in one day.
We also had 2 other unots serviced and cleaned by TK and Eric who were thorough and gave us maintenance tips. The quote from Kody was spot-on and heaps betyer than the main competitor.
