The service and follow up was prompt and as promised... We had a 9 year old AC unit which had stopped cooling and making unsteady noises... The initial review and assessment to change the unit foundations which was rotting and a service was point on. The service person was prompt, very kind and mindful despite the difficult access to the roof unit. Have to say, the only issue I'd have was the initial inspector and quote pushing us to replace the unit for double the service price which in itself was a bit pricey, but in these days a full days of work it's expected. All in all an happy customer, as happy to pay a premium for a job well done! Great service - definitely will use again.

Replacing old gas heating system with new heating and cooling system. I was impressed with Jake’s knowledge when he came out to quote the job, then the Installation team was very experienced and professional, good communication and provided onsite solution. We installed our air conditioning 5 years ago. The installation was perfect and we have had no issues in all the time we have owned the system. We had to get them back because one unit was leaking water. They were prompt to attend to the problem, admitted that some of the problem was their issue and they would cover the fix themselves.

They owned the problem. They are always very polite. The engineers they send out are highly professional, leave no mess, take off their boots and are good at communication with the client.

I've recommended them to many people..

We have asked Alliance Climate Control to come and service our 2 air con systems (one central and the other, a stand slone unit). Andres - a young trademan came ontime with prior warning and did a really good job for us. We also had Kyle (?) coming later to fix a condensate leakage issue which he also did well, on time with prior phone call. We then signed a 3-year maintenance contrsct with ACC after our good experience with their workers. We strongly recommend this group, having professional and friendly staff working for the company. We had Shabi, Louis and Nicolas install our aircon right before the heat wave this week. They worked really hard and we love the result.

A big thank you to the whole team for a professional and very clean job, can’t thank them enough. They fixed up our ducted system and installed a new system at the back of our house! Big shout out to Andre G for managing the ducted service, and to Gokhan, Veysel, Michael and the electrician Charles for installing the new system. We will now use them for all our servicing.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the installation and replacement of our outdated ducted air conditioning system. The prompt response we got from Jake, who came out to scope the job & provide a quote was very impressive. As was the turnaround from accepting the quote to the installation (3 days). The team who carried out the installation, were terrific & worked tirelessly to get the job done with minimum disruption, which we appreciated as it was a fairly complicated job. We would like to thank each of them, Jonathan, Miguel, Matt, Maisam & Ahmad, they all deserve a shout out. All in all from start to finish it was a great experience & couldn't recommend Alliance highly enough.

Decided to ask ACC to do some straight electrical - powerpoint installs , sconce replacement.

JJ and Aden did a great job: quick, friendly, informative. Really neat job. Cleaned up after themselves and even took the old sconces for disposal.

Happy with the work.

JJ also noticed some switches were out of code in my switchboard and recommended and completed replacements.

So house electrics are a little safer too.

AIR COND INSTALL Review:

Two teams worked on our place:

Andres , Cristian and Qais replaced our ducted system, and Vy, Luan and Maison installed a separate split system where ducted couldn't reach.

Both teams did an excellent job.

Everyone arrived on time, walked us through what was going to be done and were happy to answer any questions. They were friendly and professional. Completed install on time, showed us how the new system worked and made sure we were happy. Cleaned up afterwards too - as promised.

Ducted team worked for two days in some hot conditions, removed old unit and ducting and disposed off. Hassle free for us. Install of new system, ducting and control system was trouble free for us.

Split team did a great job too - gave advice on best position for indoor and outdoor unit, clean efficient install, tidied up after themselves. Really professional.

Great from start to finish.

Tech was nice polite guy but he did not have the correct filters and wanted to cut some down to fit .. this does not work as cut down filters do not hold their shape so I told the guy not to replace them this time although the cut downs ones that were installed last year were quite clean, they were not in good shape.
Update: the company apologised for not having the correct filters at the time and promptly arranged for the correct units to be installed .. they really do follow up and fix any issue so deserve 5 Stars

Alliance are the best! Garret, Shane and Louis did a fantastic job installing our new AC unit. Protective mats were placed on all floors, they removed all mess and even took away our old unit. Garret ensured we were across the installation process, asked questions when required and also informed us of how to operate the new system. Great job!

We had our split system air-conditioning installed almost two years ago now (April 2024) and I have been meaning to write a review, because we were really happy with the service and installation, and I have only just got around to it. But that may be good, as I can say that the system works perfectly, and we have had not problems.

We have an inner city terrace, and have over more than a decade got quotes, only to be told that "it is not possible". So, I looked for someone close, who I figured would have experience with our type of dwelling. The quote was very reasonable, the installation went smoothly, and we are very happy.

Very good service from BJ, James, Errol and Will for our air conditioner installation. Errol and Will were very responsive and flexible during the consultation and booking phases - I felt like their advice was solid and really suited my circumstances. BJ and James were an incredibly professional and efficient installation team - they got it done, cleaned up, and made sure I was across our new aircon. Would recommend.

Excellent service - on time, friendly and professionally completed the job ( air conditioning & two ceiling fans). Also cleaned up and put furniture back into position.
