We had two visits to fix our aircon Kody and Mitiesh and the problem was resolved satisfactorily. Both guys were very polite, friendly and explained the problem with the aircon and how it was fixed. Very impressive

Charles & Mo from Alliance were great, they did a difficult installation perfectly and cleaned up afterwards as well. Will be using their services again in the future.

Thank you Tommy, Kim and James for your professional courteous service this week. Very efficient and neat work. Explained options well and provided the best solutions for our awkward house.

Update - latest review for the Electrical Safety Inspection on 29/12/25 and Electrical Work on 07/01/26.

We are very impressed with Joshua, Vash and Mohammed. So, we are giving each one of them 5 stars.  Joshua was very detailed and very systematic when he conducted the safety inspection last 29/12/25. Also, giving us practical tips about safety and to monitor the old power points. He also patiently explained the importance of getting the electrical system and smoke alarm up to code and all the things that needs to be replaced. He is also courteous in his behaviour and how he engages with us.

Vash and Mohammed arrived early for the electrical work on 07/01/26.  These young blokes are very thorough, they know what they're doing. They worked as a team and non-stop for several hours. They are also impressive, respectful, and polite. Before they left, they double checked everything and even vacuumed the dining chairs and floor to keep thing tidy. We learned a lot from them and how to use electrical extensions safely.

These young men ( Joshua, Mohammed and Vash )will go far. They arrived neat, clean looking and ready to do the job. They have a high standard in workmanship, dedication and most importantly they have the right attitude about their work and how they treat us.

Kindly let them know that even though they might think they just did the electrical work. For us, they did more than that, they contributed to our health and safety.

Updated my review to include our recent service experience October 11, 2025 with Gabriel.

I want to share our recent experience with Gabriel, who provided a complete tune-up and service on our Fujitsu multi system last October 11, 2025. Overall, our experience was outstanding. My husband and I truly appreciate Gabriel’s dedication—his professionalism, expertise, and meticulous care stood out throughout the visit. He walked us through the air-conditioning health report, clearly explaining the tasks he completed and the performance of our air conditioner, while also offering practical and easy-to-follow maintenance suggestions that put our minds at ease.

Gabriel consistently demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude toward his work, just as he did in January 2022. His respectful and polite manner made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to Gabriel’s thorough service, we feel much more at ease knowing our air conditioner is in top condition and our home’s air quality is supporting a healthy lifestyle.

On the 19th of Jan 2022 an inspection was conducted by Gabriel. He was punctual and did a thorough inspection. He came back with Bailey for the AC cleaning and tune up on the 21st of Jan as per agreement. We have rated both of them 5 stars for the following reasons and base on our observations. Punctuality, tidy in appearance and work, very knowledgable with their trade, well mannered, they did a meticulous job in servicing our AC. Most of all, they were both efficient because they worked as a team. We are a very happy customer. Thank you Gabriel and Bailey.

The boys were so helpful, nothing was a trouble & they knew their stuff, very professional which made a great experience all round!

Alliance has done an amazing job from providing the solution , quoting and install by Vy and his team. The install was competed in one day with an even better outcome than originally designed. Well done to the entire Alliance Team and would highly recommend.

ACC was thorough and professional on their quote and their installation was all completed ahead of schedule. They made an effort to minimize the mess caused by the work and their cleaned up and hauled away all packaging. The AC has made our house a home!

Charles and Aaron arrived on time and were patient and professional while answering all of my questions. They provided clear, written quotes, explained exactly what was included and what wasn’t, and even suggested and implemented a solution on the same day for a problem that wasnt even part of the job they initially came out to do.

From the very beginning I knew I would receive good service from this company. The lady that answered the phone ( Kayley I believe) was very efficient in assessing what I needed and organising a supervisor to come in and arrange quote. That was Alex - he was very straightforward and a very good salesman!! The service itself was also straightforward with two techs coming in (Mitiesh and Nick) and they just got on with it while dealing with a very curious pet! Overall a very positive experience and I will be signing up with them for regular maintenance and refer the company for anyone who has a similar issue that I had. Thanks

He carried out the required service very efficiently and provided a written report of the condition of all aspects of the A/C and cleaned all the filters, unit cover and the outdoor unit. I recently had air conditioning installed by Alliance Climate Control and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.

A special mention to Vy, Luan, and Eric, who did an exceptional job on the day. They were professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was carried out efficiently, with great attention to detail, and they left the place clean and tidy afterward. They also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left.

When our apartment’s 12-year old Daikin air-conditioning system broke down, we called a few A/C companies, including Alliance Climate Control (ACC). We were immediately impressed by ACC’s professionalism, promptness and very friendly office staff and service technicians. Shazin and Brandon did an excellent job diagnosing the system’s problems and providing a range of options as to its repair and on-going guarantee conditions. Once contracted, Yunis, Nico and their colleague (whose name, regrettably, I have misplaced), took great care in replacing the larger components on the building’s roof and replacing the five individual control panels in our apartment. Not a trivial job, given the roof accessibility in our building. Conner and Steven worked hard on a following, very hot day to diagnose and correct a tricky leak in the coolant pipe on the roof that runs to the apartment. With the pipe sealed, they commissioned and tested the system thoroughly. ACC kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We are very happy with ACC and have no hesitation in recommending them!

Job #100840 Andre was punctual, presented himself well and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his servicing and we're happy with the results.

We recently bought our first home and when our AC started leaking into our ceiling we were so panicked. The Alliance team were so helpful, they got out to us quickly and gave us a very honest assessment. We were lucky enough to have our new AC installation completed by Qais, Cris, Eric and Mike and they were fantastic. They were so professional and super fast, we have been so happy with the service and are so glad we decided to employ Alliance to replace our old unit.

BJ & James did an excellent job installing our new Daikin split system…they were on time, professional and very tidy. Vash & TK did the electrical wiring and were great to deal with too. Aysa did the original quote and was brilliant, great guy and very helpful. Also spoke to Will & Cara in accounts. The Alliance guys are a super team and I would definitely recommend them for all your a/c needs!
