I recently used Alliance Climate Control to replace an old, broken air conditioner with a new ducted system. While their quote was higher than others I received, the level of professionalism and the final result made it worth every cent.
Our home has a very narrow roof space and significant temperature imbalances between rooms. Most companies simply told me what I wanted was unachievable. Jake, however, took a different approach. He was incredibly thorough—measuring everything and being completely upfront about the challenges. He walked me through several scenarios of what might happen once the roof was opened, giving me total confidence in their expertise.
The installation team, Yunus and his crew(Brody and Can) were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate my requests—including moving the outdoor units to a new location at no extra charge. Yunus made sure that each detail was perfectly executed.
The outcome is way better than our old system; thanks to Yunus, the new ducts are much better placed and the zoning works perfectly. The results actually exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control for anyone who wants peace of mind and a team that is willing to tackle difficult problems with honesty and skill.

Routine service of a/c units. Alliance Climate Control had initially provided a 3 hour time window; Jason texted a 1/2hour prior to arrival and he & Nicholas were on time. A. The ease speed and efficiency of organising a quotation prior to the busy Easter period was trouble free. Harry was articulate, polite, well versed and importantly, punctual.

B. The installation of the two air-conditioners replacing a dilapidated existent set up, was always going to be a challenge and indeed a potential nightmare.

Despite this the team of BJ, Theo and Juan were professionals in the true sense, exhibiting superb communication skills, order and cleanliness from the word go.

The team’s combined technical attributes, attention to detail, ability to work in harmony and answering questions Informatively and logically, is something rare in this day and age.

I recently had my air conditioning installed and I’m extremely impressed with the whole experience. The sales team- Jake, Eric and Will were professional, clear with their communication and made the entire process easy from start to finish.

Used Alliance climate control and electric services for 5 years now and the level of customer care has never been anything less than 100%. Every visit for service or installation is the same standard - extremely professional staff, always on time, always leave the place spotless, and never any need for call back. I was so impressed with Alliance after my air conditioner installation I got them back to do some electrical work. We had 2 teams at our house.
B.J,Theo and James installed units in 2 bedrooms upstairs and an inverter outside. They did a great job and had it done in one day.
We also had 2 other unots serviced and cleaned by TK and Eric who were thorough and gave us maintenance tips. The quote from Kody was spot-on and heaps betyer than the main competitor.
