Alliance installed our air-conditioner. The whole team did a great job, but I specially have to acknowledge the electrical team who were given a bit of a difficult task running the wiring as we didn't have access under the floor. However they were meticulous and installed it to perfection. They were very thoughtful about covering areas of our kitchen so that it wouldn't be covered with dust too. We really appreciated the considerate nature of how this was managed. Many thanks!

True to their word, Alliance Climate promised that if anything was scratched or damaged during installation, they’d fix it afterwards. Sure enough, Giannis reached out and came by to repair and paint everything back to good-as-new.

HUGE shoutout to the Alliance Air Climate Control installation team — Vy, Luan, Kaspar, Harry (the MASTER ceiling cutter for old houses!!), Liam, Charlie, the electrician, and their co-worker — every single one of them was terrific and so friendly over the two days! 👏

We’ve just had our 5-zone ducted system plus 2 split units installed, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Previously we had a gas heating system installed by another company, and it wasn’t done satisfactorily. The difference with Alliance has been night and day.

What really stood out to us was the strong team feel — they work seamlessly together, communicate clearly, and talk you through each step of the process. They also came up with excellent ideas to maximise the efficiency of our units.

The ACC team recently replaced our old HVAC ducted system with a new Fujitsu system, and we are super pleased with how the whole process panned out!

The initial inspection by Jake was prompt, thorough and very informative. He answered all our questions clearly and offered us the various options in a format that was easy to digest.

Once we locked in our desired option, we were happily surprised by how quickly we were able to lock in a mutually suitable installation date.

The installation team led by Garrett were top notch! Daniel, JJ, Harry, Qais, Aden and Vish were all excellent, professional and meticulous at doing the job to a high standard. The team was quick to find solutions when issues arose, left the place spotless and ensured that the job was completed in 1 day which minimised any inconvenience to our usual work schedules...

We highly appreciated that they have an in-house team of various trades (plastering, electrical...) to handle any unexpected or anticipated collateral issues that might arise during the installation process.

The system is working great so far and we are super pleased with our choice!

Qais and his team did a great job installing our split system, with two head units, into our second floor unit. It was not a straightforward install but they went out of their way to ensure that the units were installed to meet our expectations. We were also happy with our interactions with Aysa and the electrician Jiayi during the planning phase and installation. Everyone was polite, professional, and worked hard throughout the day to get the job finished. Thanks all!

Updated my review to include our recent service experience October 11, 2025 with Gabriel.

I want to share our recent experience with Gabriel, who provided a complete tune-up and service on our Fujitsu multi system last October 11, 2025. Overall, our experience was outstanding. My husband and I truly appreciate Gabriel’s dedication—his professionalism, expertise, and meticulous care stood out throughout the visit. He walked us through the air-conditioning health report, clearly explaining the tasks he completed and the performance of our air conditioner, while also offering practical and easy-to-follow maintenance suggestions that put our minds at ease.

Gabriel consistently demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude toward his work, just as he did in January 2022. His respectful and polite manner made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to Gabriel’s thorough service, we feel much more at ease knowing our air conditioner is in top condition and our home’s air quality is supporting a healthy lifestyle.

On the 19th of Jan 2022 an inspection was conducted by Gabriel. He was punctual and did a thorough inspection. He came back with Bailey for the AC cleaning and tune up on the 21st of Jan as per agreement. We have rated both of them 5 stars for the following reasons and base on our observations. Punctuality, tidy in appearance and work, very knowledgable with their trade, well mannered, they did a meticulous job in servicing our AC. Most of all, they were both efficient because they worked as a team. We are a very happy customer. Thank you Gabriel and Bailey.

Lovely team, their quoting guy was lovely and the team were in and out quickly with no fuss. They get busy though so book in advance!

The company was very helpful and the representative was very friendly and explained to us the two types of air conditioners that he recommended. He made sure we understood how it would be placed and how the water would be kept off our property. The installers and electrician were friendly and did a fantastic job installing and showing us how to work the system. They were accommodating when they needed to stop for a short period during the installation. I would recommend this company and their after service is great if you use them for checking your equipment yearly.

I have to compliment the Alliance team for their approach from start to finish. Prompt service call out, no fee for that when it came clear a new unit was required, quote on the day for a new unit, date for replacement within two weeks, great communication at every stage, slick work by Yunus, Gokhan and Veasal for installation. Unfortunately, I've had my air conditioner for almost a year when it started leaking a few weeks ago. It was quite troublesome, especially with summer just around the corner. Thankfully, Alliance was quick to respond and handled the issue promptly and effectively. Yasin arrived, inspected everything carefully, and fixed the root cause of the leak. His confidence and quick thinking not only eased our worries about the upcoming summer but also helped us stay comfortable through unpredictable weather.

Overall, their support after the initial service truly reflects their commitment to helping customers. No installation is ever perfect, but knowing that Alliance was there to support us and get us ready before summer speaks volumes about their dedication. If I could, I’d gladly give them another 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you once again to the team at Alliance Climate Control. This was one of the smoothest home renovation projects I've experienced.

My previous air conditioner was a complete nightmare after installation—I bought it from a certain large electronics store that handed off the job to unreliable third-party contractors. Within months, it started leaking from the base and couldn’t drain properly, it was angled weirdly. It became one of the most stressful events for me, especially during summer when we relied on the air conditioning. The constant repairs and cleaning added up quickly in both time and costs.

When I finally surrendered and started to do my research i came across Alliance Climate Control. They not only promised to fix the issue but also ensure me they will install a new air conditioner the right way (they even stated this on their website - where they will make sure you are satisfied will their work before they finish). So when the team arrive, Kevin and Dragan took on a challenging job—my old unit was installed in an awkward position, with improper drainage and poorly done piping within the walls. But they were undeterred. They assessed the setup carefully, discussing how to best resolve the issues rather than just doing a quick install and leaving.

Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left my place spotless after the job, ensuring I wouldn’t have to clean up after them. safe to say - my room is now cool and ready for the summer heat!

The takeaway here: don't go with just any third-party installer. Air conditioning installations are complex, and cutting corners can cost you more in the long run. Alliance Climate Control's high ratings speak for themselves—they know what they’re doing.
