Very happy with Tommy, Miguel & Ben who installed my Panasonic split system yesterday. They were very polite and tidy and completed the work within a few hours.

Blown away by Shazim and Brandon, who successfully and helpfully fixed a problem with my air conditioning which had eluded a number of technicians from other companies over the previous years. Wonderful work, place left clean, helpful and polite service.

Everything completed within the same week I asked for a quote. Tommy, Miguel and Ben were so polite, respectful and professional during the instal. So pleased with their work! James who came and did the quote was lovely too.

The Alliance team recently installed a new Daikin Split system air-conditioner to replace an old LG one that had come to the end of its life. From the initial engagement and discussion with the friendly head office staff about a replacement the Alliance team provided a very competitive price to install the new air-conditioner, kept us informed of progress and responsive to our needs. The team that turned up on the day to install in poor weather and on a second story roof of BJ, Daniel H, Brody Alex turned up on time and were extremely professional. What was impressive was the care they took to ensure that there was no dust or evidence they had actually been here for four hours. A very personable team that just got on with the job. We are extremely pleased that once again we picked Alliance Climate to do the replacement air conditioning instalment, and over the years the servicing of all our units. Cannot highly recommend the Alliance team enough.

The experience was remarkable and surpassed any other tradespeople I have engaged in my home renovation. From Aysa as the sales consultant to the lead technician BJ, who was terrific, and his talented team of Daniel, Brody, Will, and Zac. Rain didn't stop them; they were conscious of keeping the home clean and tidy - and certainly achieved this. They even made friends with my dog Teddy! Complete professionals, polite, engaging, pleasant to work with, and so good in fact, I am now using the company for all of the electrical work to be completed. I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control for all Electrical and Air Conditioning needs. Technician Andres was knowledgeable and extremely professional in cleaning and repairing my Split Air Conditioning Unit and explained the extent of the service prior to commencing and showed photographic evidence of the work he carried out after testing the unit. Also Joseph from the customer service team was quick to answer my inquiry and explained the air conditioning service to be provided. As an ex employee of Energy Australia, Andres carried out his duties with electrical safety in mind.

From the time I contacted Alliance Climate, the customer service couldn't have been better. The Sales Consultant was prompt, polite and very honest in his thoughts. Once the decision was made the install team were again, prompt (in fact early) giving a call on approach. Upon arrival I was taken step by step through the install process and upon completion walked through the install as well as the follow-up recommendation of annual servicing and the benefits of same. 100% happy.
