I was so lucky to get my annual service by Christian. He is a dream technician to work with. He was punctual, polite, accommodating, listened to my requests and fulfilled them all. Worked every minute whilst he was here, made photos and texted them to me, when I needed to know what condition the roof was in. His work was very clean, he did a very thorough job, got photos of "before and after". I couldn't be more satisfied with him, I'd like to get him back any time. I can recommend him to all your customers. Congratulations to the all your management who make excellent effort to pick the right people, who, in the end, just enhance the reputation of the company. The feedback after the service was very through & good. I will say, that the efpos machine for payment, took forever. Emre had to restart it several times before it eventually accepted my payment for the service. You may want to consider replacing it. Thanks again for the excellent service.

I had ducted underfloor aircon installed in most of the house, and a split system where the subfloor couldn’t be accessed. While I got another quote which was a little cheaper I went with Alliance because their explanation of their process, their detailed answers to my questions and their after installation policy and support gave me confidence that they would do a good job and I wasn’t disappointed. They were extremely efficient and completed the job in less than two full days. They ensured that floor surfaces were protected from dust and foot traffic and they cleaned up at the end of the day and the end of the job. I needed to change the look of the floor vents to better match my timber floors and they made the change within a week. The system works really well and I wish I’d done it years ago. I would like to specifically recommend Ivan the main installer, as well as Ben, Moja and Brody.

The initial quote from another company suggested an overhaul of the ducted air con system at 2k! Liam from Alliance came out to the property and said the issue fixed itself but suggested a filter change and clean. Honest team! Will use them again in the future! Wished more people were like them.

I’m very impressed with Kody’s professionalism during the air-conditioning diagnostic at my apartment. He thoroughly explored all possible options and was careful not to jump to conclusions, which really demonstrated his patience, expertise, and integrity. It was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than being money-oriented.

The team also went above and beyond by waiving the initial call-out fee due to a booking error, which was a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture.

**Adding on post 1st visit**
Following my initial review, I had to call Kody back as my aircon started leaking after the first visit. We discussed a repair that might involve cutting into the gyprock to resolve the issue.
On the day, Dylan, Colin and Ioannis attended and were extremely professional and accommodating. Instead of immediately cutting the gyprock, they took the time to explore alternative solutions and managed to fix the issue without opening up the ceiling, which I really appreciated.
Big shout out to Ioannis as well for offering to patch up some paint on the ceiling free of charge - a very thoughtful gesture. Really impressed with the team’s creativity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them.
