Excellent and very thorough service for our air conditioning unit. The technician was very knowledgeable and understanding of our issues and didn’t pressure us to choose the more expensive option (even though we did!) We hadn’t had the unit cleaned for many years and wanted a thorough de-molding like we had seen on the manufacturer’s website where they use a plastic “hood” around the unit and spray it with a cleaning chemical. He was able to offer this service, and the results were fantastic- it’s super clean and no lingering smell. Their services are not cheap, but worth it for the helpful communication, skillful service and happy technicians!

Andres was polite and very helpful. He kept me informed at every step. Cleanup was impeccable, left everything clean and tidy.

Quite the job done! Half of a previous aircon installation to remove as well as a single room system, all to be replaced with a central aircon. Done over 2 days with no fuss, reusing air vents, cleaning up old junk.

What an exceptional team at Alliance!

Thanks to BJ, Meedy, Eric, Charles, TK, Blade, Liam, Will and JJ who arranged, planned and installed a Daikin Air Conditioner along with tidying up the electrical meter board at my heritage building, listening to and meeting all my requests at a very high standard.

Without having to ask or supervise, they worked seamlessly, tucked away all pipe work and electricals neatly, kept clean at all stages of the job from using drop sheets to dry and wet cleaning up along the way, without asking, as well as installed both the internal aircon and external unit with great precision and care so they neatly fit into and disappeared into the surroundings as well as carefully placed drainage pipes in discreet locations to feed my garden.

And on top of all that, they constantly checked in with me throughout the job that I was happy with all placements...even letting me know when there would be some noise as the units were installed...which was minimal.

The whole team was also so friendly and pleasant throughout their work despite having to climb up and down over 100 stairs and worked with great care and attention at all times.

I cannot rave about them enough and was blown away by their dedication and consideration during all aspects of the job.

Thank you Alliance for your excellent service! I highly recommend using them because their price was competitive and their service was impeccable and above all they are a responsible and reliable team that you can trust!

We are in an older property in the inner west and needed AC solutions for three bedrooms.

The team came up with solutions that took care of the aesthetics of the house and minimising unsightly pipes.

The installation team were polite, professional and super careful & clean.

The final close out was also highly professional.

Two teams worked on our place:

Andres , Cristian and Qais replaced our ducted system, and Vy, Luan and Maison installed a separate split system where ducted couldn't reach.

Both teams did an excellent job.

Everyone arrived on time, walked us through what was going to be done and were happy to answer any questions. They were friendly and professional. Completed install on time, showed us how the new system worked and made sure we were happy. Cleaned up afterwards too - as promised.

Ducted team worked for two days in some hot conditions, removed old unit and ducting and disposed off. Hassle free for us. Install of new system, ducting and control system was trouble free for us.

Split team did a great job too - gave advice on best position for indoor and outdoor unit, clean efficient install, tidied up after themselves. Really professional.

Had a great experience with Alliance Climate Control. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and did both service and repair work efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything tidy. I’d definitely recommend them.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Alliance. Everyone we dealt with was professional in manner and presentation and prompt in response. Shabi, Danie, Eric and Juan worked hard over 2 days to install the new air conditioning in an older home with tricky aspects. They were also careful to leave the site clean and safe after work each day.

The Technicians led by BJ Moody did a fantastic job installing my Aircon Units. Ably assisted by Daniel, Charles and Aiden, the team tackled what was quite a complex engineering feat. The units look and work exactly we planned. Everything in the house was protected from dust during installation and everything left tidy and clean.
