Just had my initial inspection with a young man called Kyle. He was knowledgeable, polite, informative and friendly. I have locked in a date (of my choosing) for work to be done. I hope the technician who does the work also has the A1 customer service skills of Kyle. The lady i originally made the appointment with also had the A1 customer service skills. Ivan, Maisam and Mosa did an amazing job installing our new AC system. They showed up on time, they were courteous and clean operators and delivered a very neat finish. They did a really nice job fitting it in around our old terrace and were sympathetic to the outside appearance. The whole experience from initial consultation and sales process with Jake, to installation was seamless. We would highly recommend.

I recently used Alliance Climate Control to replace an old, broken air conditioner with a new ducted system. While their quote was higher than others I received, the level of professionalism and the final result made it worth every cent.
Our home has a very narrow roof space and significant temperature imbalances between rooms. Most companies simply told me what I wanted was unachievable. Jake, however, took a different approach. He was incredibly thorough—measuring everything and being completely upfront about the challenges. He walked me through several scenarios of what might happen once the roof was opened, giving me total confidence in their expertise.
The installation team, Yunus and his crew(Brody, Can and plasterer Liam) were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate my requests—including moving the outdoor units to a new location at no extra charge. Yunus made sure that each detail was perfectly executed.
The outcome is way better than our old system; thanks to Yunus, the new ducts are much better placed and the zoning works perfectly. The results actually exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control for anyone who wants peace of mind and a team that is willing to tackle difficult problems with honesty and skill.

Excellent and attentive service. The team were professional and took care in ensuring everything was working and tidied up before they left. They showed a great deal of patience in getting the app working on our mobile phones. We are happy with our new reverse cycle air conditioners and happy to very highly recommend them.

Gave our AC a tune up, pricing was moderate to high, but the job was done well. They were also able to quote up and carry out extra electrical work.

Routine service of a/c units. Alliance Climate Control had initially provided a 3 hour time window; Jason texted a 1/2hour prior to arrival and he & Nicholas were on time. A. The ease speed and efficiency of organising a quotation prior to the busy Easter period was trouble free. Harry was articulate, polite, well versed and importantly, punctual.

B. The installation of the two air-conditioners replacing a dilapidated existent set up, was always going to be a challenge and indeed a potential nightmare.

Despite this the team of BJ, Theo and Juan were professionals in the true sense, exhibiting superb communication skills, order and cleanliness from the word go.

The team’s combined technical attributes, attention to detail, ability to work in harmony and answering questions Informatively and logically, is something rare in this day and age.
