They were extremely professional from start to finish; quickly diagnosed and resolved all of our air conditioning issues with confidence and precision. What really stood out was how informative they were, I was clearly explained the problems, the solutions, and how to prevent future issues.

I contacted Alliance Climate Control, due to leaking water from my air conditioner. I had Gabriel come to evaluate the condition, and he gave me quotes and explained options. He immediately scheduled the job through a phone call with the office. 2 weeks later, I had Emre and Luke come to my apartment to properly do a deep clean on my air conditioning system. They both did a fantastic job within 2 hours. After the AC is properly cleaned. It works perfectly and feels like new again. Really happy with the job they did. I think I'm going to do this every 12 months as they recommended.

The team led by Bokhan did an excellent job on the installation. They worked through the bad weather to get the job done, and were always ready to provide us feedback when needed. The instal team and the electrical team were very professional.

Superb service - Ivan and hist team worked assiduously all afternoon to provide everything and more that I asked for - well beyond the call of duty! He and his team were receptive, polite and just got on with it. The best service I have ever had in fact.

Gokhan, Can and Niko have installed our new AC and removed the old one. Professional, kind, polite and very respectful. They cleaned all rubbish and packing materials from the works. They left the area clean and all the works have been done with good workmanship. Very careful with our belongings. Happy with the installation. Electrical works are still ongoing.

Edit to add the electrical installation- Mohamed and James were amazing. The job was very long, but the persevered and did a very nice neat conduit. They cleaned up after drilling and the cut offs- very neat work and great quality. Very polite and professional.

I had a second job done by ACC - amazing electrician Mohammad and cannot fault his work. Always checking when things got tricky 😅 but we solved all the issues on the spot. He replaced our 24 years old main switch board and created 2 new outdoors el sockets. Neat, tidy, polite and very efficient. Even our cat liked him ☺️. Thank you for your service!

I was happy with the service from Alliance through the whole process. Harry spent a alot of time at our house discussing the various options for aircon (ducted vs. Split systems) and the pros and cons of each - he even tried to find the manhole access to our roof. He was also very responsive to questions I had about the quote once we'd made a decision.
BJ and Carlos came for the install. They were very professional, did a good job of cleaning up afterwards, and spent time explaining the whole install process and how to use the systems once they had left.
I would use Alliance again for any further aircon installation. I was really happy with their service and the quality of the work.

We are so very pleased with the installation of our new system. Kevin, Dragan and Ivan were so professional, thoughtful, with every aspect of the installation. Kevin’s instructions to me re the control pad were very clear with him constantly checking that I understood all aspect of the control panel. Their clean up and the way they left our home on completion was just perfect.

I can't speak too highly of the service we received from Alliance. From first contact and ongoing attention from Cara and Luke in the office to the assessment stage with Steven, the service was courteous and efficient, answering all our questions without hesitation.

I was so lucky to get my annual service by Christian. He is a dream technician to work with. He was punctual, polite, accommodating, listened to my requests and fulfilled them all. Worked every minute whilst he was here, made photos and texted them to me, when I needed to know what condition the roof was in. His work was very clean, he did a very thorough job, got photos of "before and after". I couldn't be more satisfied with him, I'd like to get him back any time. I can recommend him to all your customers. Congratulations to the all your management who make excellent effort to pick the right people, who, in the end, just enhance the reputation of the company. Emre & Luke who attended the service were polite, very professional, loved my dog Bonnie & explained the service on our air conditioning system. The feedback after the service was very through & good. I will say, that the efpos machine for payment, took forever. Emre had to restart it several times before it eventually accepted my payment for the service. You may want to consider replacing it. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Alliance Climate Control is maintaining our air con for last 4 years and never had any issues. This year Christiam provided a wonderful service, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommended for once off or ongoing maintenance.
