BJ, James, Ahmad Gais and all the other guys did an amazing job organising and installing the system flawlessly and neatly so the unit is barely noticeable inside and cleverly installed outside with power supplied inside the wall cavity with minimal exterior visibility. As an engineer myself I was impressed with their efficiency and polite manner and patient explanations and discussions of our needs. Good job guys.!

We are so thrilled with the work completed on our 3 aircon units this week. All three were not working well and we had them serviced (the top tier package) and now they are working so well, like brand new! Emre who came and did the quote and the work was that really nice. He was quiet and respectful and spent nearly the full day here.

Technicians attended to the job and diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner, ordered the faulty part and installed and tested it. Perfect job

Found these guys on Google and chose them because they are close to us. Had inspection with technician the next day I contacted them, followed by full install 4 days later. Guys were super nice, efficient and cleaned after themselves. 5 stars.

Problem was identified with photos showing the fault. Options were given as to how to resolve problem. The repairman, Gabriel, did a fantastic job and was thorough in going through making sure that problem was resolved before leaving. Great job!

We had a fairly complex job that involved multiple units across a two story house. Plenty of masonry tunnelling and tubing.

BJ and Ahmad came when they said they would, did the work and finished as expected.

The result is excellent. They did a fantastic job of making it all blend in that you’d hardly know the sheer amount of work they actually did over three days.

Also did a stellar job of cleaning up at he end of each day.

The house looks cleaner than when they started!

Andres from Alliance was amazing! He completed a thorough annual maintenance of our aircon and took the time to explain what he’d done. And sometimes it’s the little things that count.
