Recently, Alliance installed a full ducted air conditioning system in my apartment, replacing the existing split system. This is how a company should operate. Professional, Courteous, Helpful in all details from the quote supplied by Shazim, to the installation team lead by Matt, Benjamin, Ahmad, Qaig and Casper. They had to perform their work in very trying conditions due to persistent heavy rain. The installation process lasted 3 days. What impressed me was their work ethic and attention to detail. We knew from the outset it would be a difficult installation due to my apartment's layout, but the installers managed to complete the work efficiently, and did a very neat job.
