I’m very impressed with Kody’s professionalism during the air-conditioning diagnostic at my apartment. He thoroughly explored all possible options and was careful not to jump to conclusions, which really demonstrated his patience, expertise, and integrity. It was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than being money-oriented.

The team also went above and beyond by waiving the initial call-out fee due to a booking error, which was a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture.

**Adding on post 1st visit**
Following my initial review, I had to call Kody back as my aircon started leaking after the first visit. We discussed a repair that might involve cutting into the gyprock to resolve the issue.
On the day, Dylan, Colin and Ioannis attended and were extremely professional and accommodating. Instead of immediately cutting the gyprock, they took the time to explore alternative solutions and managed to fix the issue without opening up the ceiling, which I really appreciated.
Big shout out to Ioannis as well for offering to patch up some paint on the ceiling free of charge - a very thoughtful gesture. Really impressed with the team’s creativity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them.

From quote to install I had nothing but fantastic service. The tech who quoted was patient and explained everything asked about. Split system air conditioning installed by Alliance. Great non-intrusive design initiated by installers. Ie, the cabling was put under the upper floor and then into an existing air vent, then out under the eaves and down behind existing drain pipe, causing minimal visual impact.
Plasterer work and electrical work also excellent. (Painting to be done by owner. My choice.)

Absolute professionals in their craft, you will be making the best choice by selecting Alliance Climate Control. We had multiple air conditioning companies quote for the work and Alliance were the only company to come up with an imaginative, practical and clever solution for our air conditioning needs. Why were Alliance the only company to come up with this solution?, well that is simple, Alliances solution was the most difficult solution for an air conditioning company to complete. In an environment where demand outstrips supply, trades can name their price and pick their jobs (the easy ones). That is not the situation with Alliance they want to make the customer satisfied, by giving you the best air conditioning experience possible, even if it makes their life more difficult.

From the quoting call by James, to Zac organising the job, through to BJ and the team completing a challenging install, never once asking to change to an easy solution and working tirelessly to deliver a quality product, it was the best experience I have ever had with trades. James shadowed the job from start to finish, checking we were happy at each step, nothing was too much trouble, professionalism was paramount for James and the entire Team. I have never experienced a group of installers work so hard to deliver the agreed solution, not a single deviation, complaint or awkward conversation about changing the plan, they knew they could do it and they did it.

After the installation we identified 3 minor issues, Alliance held back the final invoice (without being asked to), sent their best service technician and all problems were solved in a single visit to an exceptionally high standard. James called to confirm we were satisfied and confirmed that it is OK to send through the final invoice.

I will only ever use Alliance for all my air conditioning requirements, including servicing and any future installations at other properties. In a marketplace with a never ending stream of air conditioning companies to select from, it is hard to know who to pick, make the choice simple and select Alliance.

Gokhan, Can and Niko have installed our new AC and removed the old one. Professional, kind, polite and very respectful. They cleaned all rubbish and packing materials from the works. They left the area clean and all the works have been done with good workmanship. Very careful with our belongings. Happy with the installation. Electrical works are still ongoing.

Edit to add the electrical installation- Mohamed and James were amazing. The job was very long, but the persevered and did a very nice neat conduit. They cleaned up after drilling and the cut offs- very neat work and great quality. Very polite and professional.

It was a complex installation - a multi split system - in a small strata unit too high up for ladder work. Liam, BJ, Theo, Aaron & Ken made it fit together & the installation on the day was challenging, but hassle free. Everything cleared away and back in its place at the end of the long day.Kathrine & Luka in the office made the set up easy.

Excellent service, technicians appointed were superb very polite and respectfull during their visit at our premises. They were excellent pointing out the incorrcect filter mesh was used on initial installation allowing a considerable amount of dust passing through the return air grill and highly suggested we replace this with a more appropriate filter media. Left us a diagnostics sheet showing all checks complete which was also a positive.

Alliance CC runs a streamlined service from first planning to installation. Our installation manager Goran was very accomodating as we worked through a prolonged strata approval process. The installation itself was efficient with several workers onsite under careful supervision by Sam. A couple of minor issues noticed after installation was complete were quickly rectified within 48 hours. We now have a flexible and economic system with internal Daikin units in 4 rooms suppled by 2 external Multi Inverters. Our only hesitation with this whole process was the trunking required externally, which is an unfortunate but unavoidable compromise to having the luxury of airconditioning.

New installation completed 20/02/26: Given our previous positive experience using Alliance CC we used them again to install ducted AC in our new house. Similarly smooth process and commitment to great customer service. James who quoted was very thorough taking time to walk us through the options and approachable in answering our further questions in the lead up. Yunus and his team including Matthew, Veysel and Carlos were courteous, efficient and careful with our property during installation. Thanks all!

Charlie & James returned to problem solve an inadvertent issue by the competent & amiable Andre. They tested all possibilities, & found the solution. They stopped another problem & promptly fixed that. They were pleasant & professional throughout. All sorted since.
