Updated my review to include our recent service experience October 11, 2025 with Gabriel.

I want to share our recent experience with Gabriel, who provided a complete tune-up and service on our Fujitsu multi system last October 11, 2025. Overall, our experience was outstanding. My husband and I truly appreciate Gabriel’s dedication—his professionalism, expertise, and meticulous care stood out throughout the visit. He walked us through the air-conditioning health report, clearly explaining the tasks he completed and the performance of our air conditioner, while also offering practical and easy-to-follow maintenance suggestions that put our minds at ease.

Gabriel consistently demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude toward his work, just as he did in January 2022. His respectful and polite manner made the entire process enjoyable. Thanks to Gabriel’s thorough service, we feel much more at ease knowing our air conditioner is in top condition and our home’s air quality is supporting a healthy lifestyle.

On the 19th of Jan 2022 an inspection was conducted by Gabriel. He was punctual and did a thorough inspection. He came back with Bailey for the AC cleaning and tune up on the 21st of Jan as per agreement. We have rated both of them 5 stars for the following reasons and base on our observations. Punctuality, tidy in appearance and work, very knowledgable with their trade, well mannered, they did a meticulous job in servicing our AC. Most of all, they were both efficient because they worked as a team. We are a very happy customer. Thank you Gabriel and Bailey.

The technicians did an excellent job in installing the new HVAC Daikin system. We are happy with the professionalism and workmanship carried out by the company staff. Thankyou.

Lovely team, their quoting guy was lovely and the team were in and out quickly with no fuss. They get busy though so book in advance!

The company was very helpful and the representative was very friendly and explained to us the two types of air conditioners that he recommended. He made sure we understood how it would be placed and how the water would be kept off our property. The installers and electrician were friendly and did a fantastic job installing and showing us how to work the system. They were accommodating when they needed to stop for a short period during the installation. I would recommend this company and their after service is great if you use them for checking your equipment yearly.

Excellent repair job on both the InSinkerator and cooktop. Carols Silva was very professional, fast, and did the work perfectly. Highly recommended!

I have to compliment the Alliance team for their approach from start to finish. Prompt service call out, no fee for that when it came clear a new unit was required, quote on the day for a new unit, date for replacement within two weeks, great communication at every stage, slick work by Yunus, Gokhan and Veasal for installation. Outstanding.

Unfortunately, I've had my air conditioner for almost a year when it started leaking a few weeks ago. It was quite troublesome, especially with summer just around the corner. Thankfully, Alliance was quick to respond and handled the issue promptly and effectively. Yasin arrived, inspected everything carefully, and fixed the root cause of the leak. His confidence and quick thinking not only eased our worries about the upcoming summer but also helped us stay comfortable through unpredictable weather.

Overall, their support after the initial service truly reflects their commitment to helping customers. No installation is ever perfect, but knowing that Alliance was there to support us and get us ready before summer speaks volumes about their dedication. If I could, I’d gladly give them another 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you once again to the team at Alliance Climate Control. This was one of the smoothest home renovation projects I've experienced.

My previous air conditioner was a complete nightmare after installation—I bought it from a certain large electronics store that handed off the job to unreliable third-party contractors. Within months, it started leaking from the base and couldn’t drain properly, it was angled weirdly. It became one of the most stressful events for me, especially during summer when we relied on the air conditioning. The constant repairs and cleaning added up quickly in both time and costs.

When I finally surrendered and started to do my research i came across Alliance Climate Control. They not only promised to fix the issue but also ensure me they will install a new air conditioner the right way (they even stated this on their website - where they will make sure you are satisfied will their work before they finish). So when the team arrive, Kevin and Dragan took on a challenging job—my old unit was installed in an awkward position, with improper drainage and poorly done piping within the walls. But they were undeterred. They assessed the setup carefully, discussing how to best resolve the issues rather than just doing a quick install and leaving.

Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left my place spotless after the job, ensuring I wouldn’t have to clean up after them. safe to say - my room is now cool and ready for the summer heat!

The takeaway here: don't go with just any third-party installer. Air conditioning installations are complex, and cutting corners can cost you more in the long run. Alliance Climate Control's high ratings speak for themselves—they know what they’re doing.

We have a 12yrs+ Daikin ducted aircon system, that required replacement of certain parts as a cricket and spider dropped down through the air diffuser outlet right onto my daughter’s bed, you can imagine the shock. The old ducted insultation inside the roof were damaged, hence insect manage to go inside the aircon. Steven and Maisam did the hard work of replacing all 7 ducted insultation and air diffusers outlets, it was a hot day so the roof would be even hotter, they were at our place from morning until quarter past six. The new square air diffuser was 10mm smaller than the older version, Steven had to drive back to the office to see if there was any other older model size that can match our old square diffuser otherwise, they would need to patch the ceiling bedrooms area before adding the new model diffuser. Thank goodness he found ones that fitted that size nicely, but they cannot be close like our previous ones, but that’s okay as now the aircon is more distributed throughout the house as previously it was very cold in the bedrooms and not so cold in the living rooms. Thank you, Steven and Maisam, I really appreciated the hard work, the time and care you put in installing the new ducted insultation and air diffuser. Thank you, Giannis for your speedy work in patching our larger ceiling wall cracks, coming back the next day to sand and paint. Minimum dust, even vacuum and mop after all the work is done, which left minor cleaning for me. Thank you, Damon for carrying out the regular tune up service. Thank you, Alfie, for picking up the phone after five pm on Tuesday when we realised there was a leak dripping between the ceiling facial and gutter, and reassigning Steven, who came out with Mitiesh to fix the drip of the pipe the next day. Mitiesh corrected the pipe with an elbow joint to the gutter, so it won’t drop off and drip again. Thank you, Alliance team members Steven, Giannis, Maisam, Damon, Alfie and Mitiesh for fixing our issues and quality service provided.

Alliance Climate Control installed a Multi-head split system in an apartment block for me. I was very happy with their work. B.J, James, Maisam (AC Installers) and Charles and Aiden (Electricians) all did their roles competently and in a timely manner. Also thanks to Jerry who came out and did the initial inspection/quote and answered my follow-up questions.

Can not express how amazing Yasin and Blade were, they came in with a “let’s think outside the box” attitude and created innovative solutions to the issues we incurred.

Yunus and his team did a fabulous job. He was very thorough in his explanation throughout the whole process from installation to after sales service. He explained in great detail everything that we needed to know about the functions of the control panel. His team was also very professional in cleaning up our dental surgery after the installation so that we were able to operate the following day. I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance to anyone that needs a new ducted Air Conditioning System. We are very happy with their service.

Installation team were fantastic. They arrived on time, very organised a got on with it. I think there were a couple of small issues but the just resolved them not fuss.
