I contacted Alliance Climate Control, due to leaking water from my air conditioner. I had Gabriel come to evaluate the condition, and he gave me quotes and explained options. He immediately scheduled the job through a phone call with the office. 2 weeks later, I had Emre and Luke come to my apartment to properly do a deep clean on my air conditioning system. They both did a fantastic job within 2 hours. After the AC is properly cleaned. It works perfectly and feels like new again. Really happy with the job they did. Harry spent a alot of time at our house discussing the various options for aircon (ducted vs. Split systems) and the pros and cons of each - he even tried to find the manhole access to our roof. He was also very responsive to questions I had about the quote once we'd made a decision.
