Vy, Luan and Kim spent two days replacing our out dated air-conditioning unit dealing with issues with the tight installation space. I was kept informed the whole time in any issues they had and they were really polite and respectful. They did a great job in cleaning up after they finished. Very happy with their work

Update 15/8/25: while comparatively expensive to others, I think it's fair price given the quality and depth of backup service. I've had some issues with the units, but they were resolved. Recent servicing and support from Damon was was superb.

The Team from Alliance were everything you need from trades. I was able to get an appointment within the week to assess what was wrong with air conditioning. Then when it came to installation they were flexible enough to shift the date due to wet weather which would have meant 5 days with no heating. Everyone was always polite and explained everything thoroughly. Site clean up was exceptional. I would Definitely recommend to a friend.

Recently, Alliance installed a full ducted air conditioning system in my apartment, replacing the existing split system. They helped me to choose the perfect system for us, were able to use some of the existing infrastructure, which helped avoid any damage to the common property areas of the building.

Their proposed solution was excellent, and they handled all technical challenges with professionalism, giving me great confidence in their work. Gareth and his team were fantastic—careful, respectful, and left everything spotlessly clean.

The plasterer, Harry, was incredibly precise and did an outstanding job. We couldn’t be happier with the result and are really glad we chose Alliance. It was a great decision.

I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Alliance.
This is how a company should operate. Professional, Courteous, Helpful in all details from the quote supplied by Shazim, to the installation team lead by Matt, Benjamin, Ahmad, Qaig and Casper. They had to perform their work in very trying conditions due to persistent heavy rain. The installation process lasted 3 days. What impressed me was their work ethic and attention to detail. We have had numerous trades people to our house and this team is right up there with their workmanship. I would also like to thank Michael and James who are the operations experts , who responded to my query within the hour. They arranged for Andres from Alliance to be at my house within the hour and the matter was resolved . I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance.

Very happy with the Alliance team, who installed a multi head A/C (three indoor units) at my home.

We knew from the outset it would be a difficult installation due to my apartment's layout, but the installers managed to complete the work efficiently, and did a very neat job. They were friendly and professional to deal with, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and ask lots of questions to ensure I was happy with the placement of all components. They were also careful to protect my floors and furniture from dust, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, leaving everything looking immaculate.

BJ, James, Ahmad Gais and all the other guys did an amazing job organising and installing the system flawlessly and neatly so the unit is barely noticeable inside and cleverly installed outside with power supplied inside the wall cavity with minimal exterior visibility. As an engineer myself I was impressed with their efficiency and polite manner and patient explanations and discussions of our needs. Good job guys.!
