Amazing maintenance service one year after the installation. We had to get them back because one unit was leaking water. They were prompt to attend to the problem, admitted that some of the problem was their issue and they would cover the fix themselves.

They owned the problem. They are always very polite. The engineers they send out are highly professional, leavve no mess, take off their boots and are good at communication with the client.

Charles & Dara installed a new air conditioner in the loungeroom of my period home in Sydney's eastern suburbs and did an outstanding job. They talked me through the whole process and checked that I was happy at every step. They were also very clean, used loads of drop sheets and even vaccumed which was such a pleasure to see how much they cared and Dara quickly problem solved when it was necessary to alter plans without delay or extra cost. Charles also spent the time to carefully show me all aspects of the units operation and thoroughly checked through all its functions leaving me without any worry. The whole team did a great job, but I specially have to acknowledge the electrical team who were given a bit of a difficult task running the wiring as we didn't have access under the floor. However they were meticulous and installed it to perfection. They were very thoughtful about covering areas of our kitchen so that it wouldn't be covered with dust too. BIG thank you - Eυχαριστώ - to Giannis (Yiannis) for patching up a few spots after our air con installation! As with any work done on an older home, we expected a few areas might flake or chip, totally understandable.

True to their word, Alliance Climate promised that if anything was scratched or damaged during installation, they’d fix it afterwards. Sure enough, Giannis reached out and came by to repair and paint everything back to good-as-new.

HUGE shoutout to the Alliance Air Climate Control installation team — Vy, Luan, Kaspar, Harry (the MASTER ceiling cutter for old houses!!), Liam, Charlie, the electrician, and their co-worker — every single one of them was terrific and so friendly over the two days! 👏

We’ve just had our 5-zone ducted system plus 2 split units installed, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Previously we had a gas heating system installed by another company, and it wasn’t done satisfactorily. The difference with Alliance has been night and day.

What really stood out to us was the strong team feel — they work seamlessly together, communicate clearly, and talk you through each step of the process. They also came up with excellent ideas to maximise the efficiency of our units.

A big thank you as well to James Greene, who provided the initial quote. He was highly professional, patient with our questions, and came up with a plan that matched exactly what we were hoping for.
