From the time I contacted Alliance Climate, the customer service couldn't have been better. The Sales Consultant was prompt, polite and very honest in his thoughts. Once the decision was made the install team were again, prompt (in fact early) giving a call on approach. Upon arrival I was taken step by step through the install process and upon completion walked through the install as well as the follow-up recommendation of annual servicing and the benefits of same. 100% happy.

The installation of my mother-in-law's split-system went better than expected, a good team with B.J., Daniel and the others, from the quotation to the electrician, doing a quick turnaround with minimal noise and mess. The previous system and all materials were removed along with all packaging. Thanks guys.
