Galvis spent a few hours replacing all my filters , cleaning my machines , getting rid of the rust on the machine housing and spraying anti corrosives on the coils . Alliance were extremely professional in dealing with our large complex gas system. We live in an old house with a Braemar gas heating system that is not straightforward. When it stopped pumping hot air I asked for technicians to come out who were experienced and knowledgeable and could diagnose and deal with a problem efficiently. Today, 22.5.25 Alliance climate Control completed satisfactorily the replacement of my old AC system and installation of a new split AC System.
Firstly, Jake Perri inspected my site a week earlier and we agreed on his recommendation and price.
Today, the site team, Dragan, Louis and Benjamin were very polite, helpful and professional during the 3 hours that took to complete the works on a very rainy and wet day.
We discussed some details and issues before works commenced I was given the proper operational instructions.
I'm very satisfied with the work and operation of the new AC, even though, I have been using the system for a couple of hours.
