I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication and work done by BJ and Ahmad. It was a big job. They were great at explaining what was going at each stage. The clean up was remarkable and our house was left cleaner than when they arrived! I will definitely be recommending Alliance Climate Control.

Andres from Alliance was amazing! He completed a thorough annual maintenance of our aircon and took the time to explain what he’d done. And sometimes it’s the little things that count. Like how Andres was on time , and gave me a 30-minute heads up of his arrival time. I was so impressed with the service that I’ve already signed up for next maintenance plan!

Excellent boys great work and great communications

I am submitting this review as I had an AC installed today by both BJ, and Qais A. They did an awesome job and were very polite, helpful, and respectful. Thank you so much also to the consultant Aysa who came in short notice on a Saturday to inspect. Well done!

Matthew, Louis and Benjamin were punctual, friendly, efficient and tidy. They problem-solved calmly and nothing was an issue to replace all of our ducted air con in our 2 story house. They came on time they installed and they did a very good job I'm very happy.

The guys were very punctual and contacted me 20 minutes before the arrival time. They were extremely professional and showed all details by video that required doing. They completed the work over and above expectations I would highly recommend this team and will certainly have them back next year.

We have just had a new 3-room system installed by Alliance. The technicians (brothers Qais and Ahmad Tajzada) did a great job. There were some access and space challenges, which they resolved quickly. They carefully protected timber wall panelling and left the rooms dust-free each day they were on the job. They finished ahead of schedule (which was a first for me). Communication with the office was also excellent. Altogether, it was a very positive experience and I do not hesitate to recommend them

After a few hiccups with booking my appointment the team at Alliance contacted me to arrange the service at a time that suits me. Andres and his colleague did a great job connecting a couple of loose ducts, cleaning the air filter and spotting a few other things I should keep an eye on. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out for another service in the near future.
