James was very professional when providing the quote and found a solution which suits our needs perfectly! Tommy, Nick and Julian did a fantastic job, explained all the details before installation, the installation was completed with no issue. They also clean up the place and make sure everything is back to where they are.

I had the team from Alliance Climate Control come out to quote on the replacement of an existing ducted AC system which had failed after about 18 years. The whole team from Jake (who did the inspection and quote), Andres, Ivan and Peter (the 3 installation technicians who took the old system out of the roof and replaced it with the new system) to Harry (who worked his magic replacing the whole gyprock ceiling) and Sam (who did the final commissioning) were beyond exceptional and totally professional. It surprised me as to the size of the job and the complexity involved. The whole team worked diligently to finish the assignment in a day and a half. There was no dust or mess left behind. The work areas were left in pristine condition when they had finished. I have already referred them to 2 other customers who have gone ahead with AC installs. The Alliance team were brilliant!!!! I could not be a happier customer. Well done boys!!!

They team that came to install our new system were great! Very helpful, respectful and clean. They gave me good advice, explained everything really well (even went out of there way to come the next day to explain how to operate) and made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend using this company but especially the team that we had, Ken, Shadi and Truy.

Excellent customer service and the workmanship on the job was outstanding. The team of 3 (Andre, Ivan & Renzo) did the job efficiently and carefully. When we had a concern, they consulted each other & the Head Office and communicated clearly if there were any potential issues or delays. The team leader, Andre, provided excellent updates throughout the 2 days of work. Even the gyprocker & apprentice were great. They all cleaned up after themselves and were courteous, down-to-earth, and professional. Really happy with the job and have no hesitation whatsoever to highly recommend.

Job No 81800. Recently Alliance installed a new ducted heating system at our residence. The advisor who attended and quoted was very helpful answering all my questions as was the office with my follow up questions. The office was responsive when coordinating the installation. Most importantly the installation team, BJ and Qais, were excellent and easy to deal with. They were responsive, meticilous and worked well as a team. I am very happy with the install. Chris N from the office followed up with warranty and final payment. I found it very easy to deal with this company. Proactive, efficient and professional.

First call to company at 7:45 am. Call back at 8:15 am. Technician on site at 11:30 am. Problem fixed by 1:00am. Brilliant service - Liam and Kyle were both a pleasure.

The service provided by this company and the installation team of Andres, Ivan and James was exceptional. Ours was a very challenging installation made much more so by my decision to change the location of the large condenser unit to an area better for me but very difficult for the installers and this was after much of the work had already been done. Instead of spitting the dummy, (which kinda would have been justified) Andres calmly set about solving problems and making it work. They even pulled in a sparkie from his day off to cope with the problem I had created. I am very grateful for their persistence, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile so that I could get the best outcome. This is an excellent outfit. Highly recommended.
