Needed to either fix or replace our Daikin split air con, we inherited it when we moved in.
Gabriel came for a visit, checked the condition of everything and then explained the issues and potential solutions. He then provided clear options with a formal quote.
Agreed for the replacement with a new system, seamless process.
Ivan and his team then installed it over 1.5 days, great experience, they are super professional and also helped out with a cosmetic issue due to the age of our house (1880s...)

I engaged alliance to service my two ducted air conditioner systems. Galvis spent a few hours replacing all my filters , cleaning my machines , getting rid of the rust on the machine housing and spraying anti corrosives on the coils . He paid attention to fine details and explained everything he had done to me before leaving. Alliance is not the cheapest but the job they do is of the highest quality.

Andres and Ivan completed a very efficient and clean replacement of my underfloor heating, great service.

Alliance were extremely professional in dealing with our large complex gas system. We live in an old house with a Braemar gas heating system that is not straightforward. When it stopped pumping hot air I asked for technicians to come out who were experienced and knowledgeable and could diagnose and deal with a problem efficiently. Andre arrived and successfully diagnosed a problem with the temperature sensors damaged by water inside a duct,, and then returned with parts to re-route ducting around a leak and resolve the fault. Andre and his co-worker Brody were courteous, professional and quick workers and I was very grateful for their problem solving and professional service.

Another amazing interaction with Alliance Climate Control. We had issue with our App interface so gave Jason a call, few minutes later Joseph called to inquire and decided to book an out call. Next day Andre and Kristian arrived, clean tidy and ready to help. In 10 minutes the issue sorted. I cannot speak more highly of the Technical Team and support, sooooo good. We have never been more impressed with the Alliance professional approach and support. Thanks Team.

I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control. Thank you to Yunus and his team - Emre, Gokan, Cristian who did the removal and most of the installation and to Dragan and his team - Louis and Benjamin who finished off as well as Josh the electrician. I was very worried about replacing our old HVAC gas furnace with a new Electric HVAC. However, the professional team-based approach to the installation was highly efficient and I had nothing to worry about.

From the very start, James gave such a thorough and competitive quotation and answered all my questions. Yunus was so calm and accommodating as he lead the removal and installation and every member of the crew was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure everything was left clean and tidy with great attention to detail.

Today, 22.5.25 Alliance climate Control completed satisfactorily the replacement of my old AC system and installation of a new split AC System.
Firstly, Jake Perri inspected my site a week earlier and we agreed on his recommendation and price.
Today, the site team, Dragan, Louis and Benjamin were very polite, helpful and professional during the 3 hours that took to complete the works on a very rainy and wet day.
We discussed some details and issues before works commenced I was given the proper operational instructions.
I'm very satisfied with the work and operation of the new AC, even though, I have been using the system for a couple of hours.

Repair people were prompt, polite and efficient

Alliance have been servicing our Ducted Air Con for the last couple of years and they have always been very professional, friendly & helpful. Last week our Air Touch console was accidentally damaged & clearly needed replacement. Within a half hour of logging my repair request, I received a call from a lovely lady at Alliance who booked a service appt for the following week. Gabriel arrived with replacement console in hand. He was very competent, thorough & courteous - & kept me well informed as he installed & set up the new console. The Air Cond was up & running again, without hassle, in no time!
