Our recent installation over 3 days appeared to be an effortless operation despite the idiosyncrasies of our old house.. The Alliance team ( Kye, Eric and Jacky ) managed to make the entire operation inside and outside, to be seamless and professional. So hard-working, respectful and efficient. And James the electrician did a superb job reorganising an upgrade of the outdated power board. We are now enjoying a very comfortable environment!

Amazing service by the Alliance Team, with head technician Andres. I required a full update on the home air conditioning system. This was a well overdue job. From initial online inquiry, then system inspection, to the full new installation the service was exceptional, so professional. The team got straight to it, laid down floor covering to protect the wooden floors, removed the old systems, vacc’d up any dust and grime (shed from the old units), installed the new units and then took me through all work covered, warranties and future service options. The outcome is perfect, just in time for a Sydney summer 🌺. If you are in need of a new system or a thorough service of your aircon go with Alliance, as they know their stuff and get the job done. There are also government rebates for new efficient systems.

Jack from Alliance came to our place to provide an assessment of our air conditioning units . His report was thorough and it gave several options to clean and restore the units . I found Jack to be very professional, knowledgeable and polite. There was no pressure to accept the quote and the quote was very reasonable. Fantastic service and quality installation. The team took care of the job end to end with each person being extremely professional and careful of the house. Thanks to Alliance Air Conditioning for the recent underfloor installation at our house. Liam was great in walking us through the options for our house and helping us choose the best solution for our requirements. Ahmad, Louis, Kelven, Harry and Mohammed did the installation. They were very impressive, very hard working and professional in all aspects and a pleasure to deal with. They were very careful in the way they walked through the house using drop sheets to protect floorboards and rugs and they cleaned up carefully at the end of each day. A great team! Yas followed up prompltly with the vents we finaly chose. Our experience with Alliance Air Conditioning is such that we will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Team were friendly, knowledgeable and competent and exceeded our expectations by replacing absolutely everything in our whole unit ducted air conditioning system not just the inside and outside components. Ours was a very difficult job replacing the inside unit in a very confined space above the ceiling in our wardrobe. Everything was carefully tested to ensure that all was working perfectly.

I was kept well informed throughout, and the work was completed to a very high standard. While the pricing may be on the higher side, I believe quality is worth paying for. The whole team from initial phone booking for the quotes to the on time arrival and professionalism from Aysa’s quote to the team keeping track of payments and installation date to the brilliant guys who installed the unit the whole process was seamless stress free professional.
