Arrived on time, worked effectively, cleanly and very professional; always checked details with me such as placement and position. Finished on time, removed rubbish wrapped up paperwork and reviewed unit operations including recommendations - very pleased with the outcome.

Although there was delay in the guys arriving to my house (conflicting the original text confirming arrival time) the guys pulled out all stops to have the new aircon installed (plus a service on our two other units) within the time I needed to have them finished by. Great efforts by all involved, cleaned up after themselves and understood my urgency in getting them completed as I had an appointment to make. I would highly recommend the team (just make sure they arrange to arrive in the timeframe originally quoted).

I would highly recommend Alliance Air Conditioning. They fixed my AC compressor by replacing old parts with new, Other companies suggested I needed to replace the whole system. They saved me thousands of dollars and now my AC is working better than before. Metish and his team were extremely professional and described in detail what they had done to get my AC back up and running perfectly. Great company to do business with.

Gokhan, Can and Niko have installed our new AC and removed the old one. Professional, kind, polite and very respectful. They cleaned all rubbish and packing materials from the works. They left the area clean and all the works have been done with good workmanship. Very careful with our belongings. Happy with the installation. Electrical works are still ongoing. Edit to add the electrical installation- Mohamed and James were amazing. The job was very long, but the persevered and did a very nice neat conduit. They cleaned up after drilling and the cut offs- very neat work and great quality. Very polite and professional. AC works ! Thank you for your services, would not hesitate to use ACC crews again. I had a second job done by ACC - amazing electrician Mohammad and cannot fault his work. Always checking when things got tricky 😅 but we solved all the issues on the spot.
