Alliance is an amazing company. I thought professional service like this had disappeared years ago. Not only that – but all team members really know their stuff. From the initial sales call with James to comms with the office, booking the day doing the install and cleaning up afterwards everything went like a training movie. How do you get everyone on the same page??? All I can say guys is thank you for an outstanding job – I’d hate to be your opposition.

These guys also do electrical work. I had my switchboard replaced by Chistopher D. last week and it was a rather positive experience: he showed up on time, budgeted time correctly (especially given old building and annoying switchboard location) and answered my (many) questions.

The Alliance guys were excellent. They replaced our old ducted air conditioning system, tested everything, showed us how to operate it (including setting up the iPhone app), and cleaned up everything afterwards. They arrived promptly at the expected time, worked a very long day for the first day to get the job close to completion, laid carpet protection where they walked in the house, and were very polite and helpful. They’ve just finished today and the system seems great. Thanks for being so professional Galvis, Qais, Matthew, and Peter – we appreciate your help and expertise.

We had an air conditioner installed (by Matt and Maran) and also a Switch Board Upgrade (by Chris and Joe).We were very happy with the installation process and the outcome. All the guys were very knowledgeable, professional and so helpful in dealing with any challenges we faced with installations in an older home.This is the second air conditioner installation I’ve organised for the family with Alliance and all of their employees I’ve dealt with have been nice people and very helpful in ensuring a great outcome. We will continue to liaise with Alliance for our annual air conditioner maintenance.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alliance and the guys who worked on our recent installations and also Kirk and Zac who helped make it all happen.

The team – Kevin, Qais, Dragan, Andre – arrived on time having made a phone call to confirm their arrival time 30 minutes prior. They arrived and made sure the driveway was clear as we share it with our neighbors. They did a really neat and tidy installation. They cleaned up after they had finished.
