Who shall I contact if I have any problems?

We take care of your warranty, and any concerns or issues you have, you’re welcome to call us. Our technicians will be out at our earliest convenience if not the same day. We provide 100% satisfaction grantee or will be back to make it right.

Who will be coming out to carry out my installation?

In house qualified technicians, employed by the company. They are not contractors.

Will you remind me when it’s time for my Air conditioning Maintenance?

Yes, you will receive a personal reminder on the Anniversary in the mail and friendly team member will call you.

What size air conditioner do I need?

A very common question asked, all air conditioners are rated on Kilowatts (kw) size.

It is important to size each home’s air conditioner correctly, whether it is a split system or ducted system. Heat load calculation on your home needs to be carried out to work out the correct size systems. A system that is too small will struggle and use more energy, costing you money.

If oversized then it will be less energy efficient to operate, as it will cost more to run a larger system than is actually needed.

A heat load calculation can be determined by many factors, some which include size of room, if the home is insulated, number of windows and what direction the home is facing.

We had lots of problems with the installation. The agreed upgraded unit did not fit into the existing hole. A new unit arrived and it was the same unit we were replacing that Alex (Alliance rep) told us was not the right unit for our home. Eventually it was decided that the upgraded unit would fit under the house and an under the house unit was then used. After lots of delays Andres and his team were able to rectify all the problems in a very professional manner.
