A maintenance agreement is a contract between you (the client) and us (Alliance) wherein we will provide annual maintenance for your equipment to ensure it works correctly, and to keep your warranty valid year after year. By signing a maintenance agreement, you can save up to 15% on yearly tune-ups.

When you sign up for an agreement, we schedule your visits with our qualified technician every year, and we make sure your Tune-up is completed on your system.

It’s important to maintain your air conditioning machine just like you would maintain your car. If you don’t change your car oil and it breaks down, your warranty is voided due to lack of maintenance. Similarly, if you don’t maintain your aircon and a part fails because of poor maintenance, your warranty will also be voided. A Maintenance Agreement helps validate your warranty by getting your air conditioning machine checked and Tune-up every year.

Steps

1. Sign up for a 7-year Maintenance Pan today.
2. Prepay your Tune-up for the following year’s maintenance and save 15% of the full price.
3. We’ll call you next year to schedule your pre-paid maintenance,
4. Once it’s completed, we’ll provide you with a detailed written report.
5. After the maintenance is done, we collect the pre-payment for the following year again, discount by 15%
6. We’ll repeat this process every year for the next seven (7) years to ensure that your HVAC system remains in excellent condition and Validate you WARRANTY.

Keep saving every year – once you are on a maintenance plan for seven (7) years, the price will be fixed for the 7-year term with no inflation cost.

Certainly! You can cancel your agreement within five (5) days of signing up without incurring a cancellation fee. However, after the five-day period has passed and we have processed your agreement in our system, an early cancellation fee will be charged as per our policy.

When it comes to our tune-ups, we don’t just come out to your home and “kick the tires”. Our technicians will spend the time to examine your air conditioning and heating system and make the proper adjustments. Every visit, we inspect, clean and completely tune up your Air Conditioning systems, ensuring they are efficiently operating at their absolute best all year round! We will also provide a written report about the system and what was done during each service visit.

Tasks include but are not limited to on each maintenance are:

1. Check Gas
2. General coil Clean
3. Test and record refrigerant pressures on the condenser
4. Inspect the indoor coil, wash the coil, and brush off any light dust and dirt.
5. Test and tighten electrical connections
6. Wash internal and outdoor covering
7. Test starting capabilities and compressor amp
8. Inspect the cleanliness of blower wheels for dirt and grime buildup. If necessary, we will clean them.
9. Examine and clean filtration or replace it if required
10. Inspect the condition of the indoor coil and straighten the coil fins to improve heat transfer.
11. Inspect ductwork for insulation and check for major leaks. We will carry out the necessary repairs. 
12. Test reversing valve functions and make sure the reversing valve and coil valve
13. Test safety controls, make sure that the breaker and isolator are the correct sizes. 
14. Ensure the isolation switch is correctly operating and the main power cable is concealed and insulated.

We recommend one tune-up each year, generally before summer or before the winter season. You can susee to have it done 2x a year depending on how often you use it.
